PUSHAS is amazing bro, why do people rate it so low like what the fluff, anyways i ordered the Nike React Phantom Run Flyknit 2 'Black Hyper Royal' (2022) and it came in 3 days no problems i could track my order and everything and i contacted them to ask for a tracking number and they responded within 10 minutes, i was scared to buy from PUSHAS before because i got scammed by this other place called Fresh out sneakers and i ordered it and it never came so i got a refund and here it was $65 cheaper so even better. TYSM PUSHAS!!!!!!!!!

Picked wrong size. Emailed to let them know. 45mins they replied with a step by step process making the return/ store credit/ exchange SUPER easy. Great follow up with customers A++ team

Dont buy hoodies from this place, after first wash my hoodie sleeve started coming apart. I contacted them to let them know, they said they cant help if tag has been removed. Paid hundreds for a poor quality hood with no fz given from them at all.

Have ordered quite a few pairs of shoes off the site and can tell you that although they are a little on the pricey side, they are super quick at getting the shoes shipped and arrive pretty quickly so they are definitely worth the price. My partner and I are so happy with our pairs of shoes. Thank you so much

Couldn't be happier with Pushas. Customer service is always on point, never had to wait long for a response and the shoes always arrive in perfect condition.

I ordered my shoes on the 15th of August and even now have not received a tracking number. It has almost been a month, this was for a gift that I needed by the 31st of August which I was never able to give. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have only received automated responses. The only time they did respond was to tell me that the shoes I ordered were taking to long and they had to source another pair and start the authenticity process all over again which can take multiple weeks. I have tried to reply and get some questions answered and they have ignored me and refused to compensate in anyway for the delay & mistake with my order. I am thoroughly disappointed.

I have been waiting over 10 days for a response on my order which I needed by Fathers Day with no response. I keep getting random auto responses on all comms platforms. I can’t even cancel my order and order elsewhere. Their return policy also goes against Australian consumer rights I only realised this after attempting to cancel my order as 10 days on and it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. I could have gone to shoe grab and picked them up on the spot SMH I’m so upset!

Do not buy stuff from these guys. I returned my shoes back to them and requested them for just an exchange of size and tray guy back to me saying the box was damaged and they can’t go ahead with the returns. They don’t even send me a picture of the damaged box.

They are just playing around. They don’t reply back to emails properly. It’s a waste if money to buy stiff from these guys

Update on 17th June:

Background: I had ordered a Yeezy wave runner from Pushas. The item was listed as 2022 model but I got 2017 model. This raised some suspicion and I reached out to Pushas.

Updating to 5 star. Good on you PUSHAS for accepting an honest mistake and sending me the 2022 yeezy wave runner. The process was swift and communication was crystal clear.

I bought the wrong size hoodie and needed to exchange the item. Pushas are not responsive to socials. Customer Service take a while to respond to emails and need following up. They also charge a 10% restocking fee and only give you store credit for returns unless the product is faulty. Packaging of the product was average, and item does not look completely brand new. Shipping takes longer than other retailers despite living in the same city as where their warehouse is located.

I have ordered a few times and the shoes are legit and have been good quality and condition. My concern is they have been poorly packed each time in a box too big with no padding. The boxes I have received are always crushed. I’m buying for the shoe, so not a big issue, but I would not recommend if you are a collector. The internal shoe box is always crushed and while that sucks, it wouldn’t stop me buying from them in the future.

We bought a pair of Nike Phantom Reacts for my son that were a light grey almost white. He wore them once and got a mark on them so I did a light wash with warm water and laundry detergent as advised on the Nike website and all the branding on the tags came straight off and the colour on the rubber section came off and ran into the grey.
They are extremely poor quality and I would 100% question if these shoes are genuine Nike product.
I contacted pushas and they wanted nothing to do with this and refused to accept them as faulty as the branding had come off, which is what I was complaining about ??
Very poor experience, I would not waste my money there ever again.
