I came from London. They sold us a car that had to be scrapped 6 months later!!!!!!!
Avoid them like covid-19!!!!

Never has buying a used car been so pleasant and straightforward. John was very friendly and not at all pushy, as salespeople sometimes are. He knew about the vehicle I was interested in. I put a deposit on straight away. Completed the deal a couple of days later. I drive home in a very clean and tidy new car.

Really happy with my new car. I was given loads of information over the phone before even visiting the premises so I knew what sort of service I was getting. The men were really knowledgable and friendly, even taking the time to be kind to my children who were trying to run around!
I wasn’t sure what sort of vehicle I was after with a larger family but all my concerns were met & we love our bee car which got loads of use over the summer holidays & will do again now the school runs have started!
I’d be happy to recommend anyone to use them.

As you already aware that i am not happy with the handover of the VW Tiguan today,its a catalogue of stupidness.
1. I was told that the car was off site so i panicked as i did made a prior arrangement for this and i specifically ask for leave to undertake this.
2. The car was so dirty and was not even wash when i arrived…just! Inside the car what smoking imitates…dirty as hell all over the interior and here you are you told me to Valet my old car in exchange for this?
3. No Petrol (Diesel) in order for me to move on? I put half liter of Petrol for my old car for courtesy.
4.The man ccant be bothered to give some HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATION ABOUT THE DVLA , Tax and hes stupid to tell me its my responsibility.Of course thats my responsibility this is not the first car i hold, the only think is make sure you tax it…and they not even mentioned about the 5 days free insurance…its all over the place.

My Old car was better condition than the Tiguan, for goodness sake.
The man is not apologetic it is surely there no obvious communication structure in their organisation.If there are other VW Tiguan on their stock surely they know it from today that the specific unit is about to be collected and i made prior arrangement to that and you even confirmed thru email.
No customer care…there are no provision pre, during and Post….what a feacal service.
I will make a feedback to Trust Pilot,Google and any other forms of social media about what i have today…Zuto nah! No more in the future.Its just a matter of on how you guys received your slice of the cake…disgusting.

Great service from this company came from huddersfield to get ny car to Birmingham. Was well worth the journey. Very pleased with my new car and finance package which was all sorted within 10 minutes after other companies were unable to help. I highly recommend this company 👌
