First time buying from you door locks came wrong finish, called Jeff he took care of problem the same day will use again extremely satisfied

The aluminum thresholds can on time and with a little bit of trimming fit perfectly. They bridged a 1/2" marble threshold to the tile floor in our Churches bathrooms to remove a barrier that prevented easy access to wheelchairs. .

Thanks Quality Door & Hardware

The product, double door astragal weather stripping, is generally as described.

The pile weather stripping turns out to be a bit stiff, causing too much drag for smooth operation of doors. The doors do not always fully close.

Quality Door has always been a first choice for me as a door contractor. Always spot on and always professional.

Great experience with excellent communication and customer service.

Thanks,

Pavel

Thank you so much for the quick response and professionalism.
Director of Plant operations for
The Victoria Care Center.

The process of finding the right product and ordering it was very easy. The product (door handles) are exactly the ones I needed.

Good job.

The company is easy to work with and quick to take care of their customers.

Very reliable vendor, quality products and dependable deliveries.

Excellent service and fast shipment, great people to talk too. Thank You !

Needed a somewhat obscure specific piece, and the salesperson knew immediately what I needed. High quality, fast shipping.

In my opinion this is probably one of our best vendors. Their pricing is super competitive, their response time and assistance is top notch. They have by far the most immaculate and up kept facility I've ever seen.
From there management staff to their work staff everyone chips in to do their part to assist with triple checking your order contents on paper all the way to loading your truck to insure there is no fumbles. In my world that is priceless. So for small homeowner needs all the way to large quantity commercial projects this is a one stop for all you door and hardware needs.
I am not the kind of person who has the time or would take the time to write a review but its the least I can do to say thank you for the superb personal assistance they have repeatedly provided to our company, and our sister company's that we referred them to.

I would recommend this company, my order came on date as promised.

IMCOMPLETE ORDER...I SEND EMAIL AND NO ANSWER

Delivery was slow but they sell specialized products.

Quality Door & Hardware is always responsive and comes through on time.

Fast, courteous and reliable.

This review is for estimating. Bids are always early or on time which is great. Bids just about all projects sent to them.
