Did not receive any services. After calling the driver multiple times at 10:50am (50 minutes late from booked time slot) he text me saying he was going to be 2 hours late. I called the manager who said I would be refunded in 3 working days. Still have received no refund and have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Do yourself a favour and honestly avoid, I have been trying to get my money back for over a month now.

Don't be misled by cheap prices. I used this company a few times and each time the service was worse. The drivers would be on the phone while on the job, or complaining that I had a lot of stuff. Isn't this what the removal companies are for - to help you move when you have a lot of stuff?
I let all that go previously but how they dealt with my most recent booking was completely unacceptable. They confirmed it 1,5hr before the scheduled time that everything was on track. I should highlight the fact that it was Quick Movers who gave me a set booking time. Fast forward, 40 minutes after the booking was supposed to start, I found out from the driver that he was still with another customer on the other side of London.
The main person from the company just gave me the driver's number and left me alone to deal with the whole situation. When I spoke with him over the phone he said they were a removal company, not a train, so I shouldn't expect them to be on time. (!!!!)
My booking was time sensitive as I was moving my stuff to a place that was open during standard business hours.
In the end I had to organise a last minute service from another company.
An absolute nightmare. They didn't advise me of the delay thinking I would just sit at home and wait for the driver to turn up. After the initial call with the person from the company, there was no answer to my further messages, or emails. The driver said I would get a refund but nothing has been issued by the company so had to open a dispute via PayPal. If you do decide to go with them anyway, don't pay upfront and opt in for cash on the day payment.
Never again for me though.

Very professional, punctual, and excellent service. If we ever move again, this is the company we will be calling. We moved a few things from London to Oxford and booked Quick Movers after seeing that they were less expensive than most other similar services and that they had really good reviews. They exceeded my expectations - the driver arrived a bit early and communicated promptly before and after arrival at the pickup location. The van size was larger than I expected, he neatly arranged our things in the van, and safely brought us to the destination, and unloaded our things. Communication was very clear and service was simply the best. Last but not the least, they were £110 cheaper than a taxi service we inquired for this trip. They are very affordable and reasonable. It was a very good experience!

I used this service a couple of weeks ago when I was moving flats. I didn't have a whole lot of stuff to move, but it was definitely more than I could manage myself and I wasn't making multiple trips on the tube. The guy that came (think his name might have been Chris)was lovely. The rate was reasonable for a few hours work, and he text me the evening before to confirm that he would be arriving at my house at the allotted time. He was really friendly and we had a good chat on the journey to the new flat, where he quickly unloaded all of my crap and wished me the best of luck. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to move - the service was faultless!

Booked a move for Saturday morning,3 hours past and I had to contact them to find out what's going on and they told me that they had no petrol and refused to take responsibility.

I canceled the service and was told I would get a refund in 2 working days, it is now a whole week and they have ghosted all my calls and messages.

Unless you pay by credit card and have lawyers I Strongly suggest you do not use them as they will run with your money.

Horrible experience. I booked a medium van but I got a small van instead which came 4 hours late. The worst thing is that the small van could not fit all my stuff so they recommended me to do 2 trips but I had to pay £60 more for the extra trip. I was furious and managed to bring it down to £40. However, I really don't think it's my fault that the van came with the wrong size and I did not deserve to pay that extra £40. The driver was really helpful. He helped us talk to the company and helped us carry all the stuff but the company was really horrible and never contacted me back after the incident. I have never given any negative reviews before but this one is unbearable!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. DON'T TRUST. I booked a move from London to Lille a month in advance, all paid for in advance, of course. The week before departure I contacted them but they did not respond. The EVENING BEFORE departure they tell me via SMS that they could no longer offer me the service because the two drivers were positive for Covid, I understand the situation but even more so a little organization is not bad. I no longer had a home to stay as I was changing countries and when I contacted them for a refund they NEVER responded. I had to make the claim via Paypal and it took me over a month to get all my money back.

Quick Movers are the best! Wojciech and his team are very friendly, helpful, careful and reliable. I use them all the time because they go that extra mile to help out! I can’t recommend them highly enough and suggest you all use them as your go to removals company. You won’t be disappointed!! 😃

I used Quick Movers to move my furniture to my new flat in London. I didn't receive any phone call from them on the day of moving and when I called them one hour before the scheduled time they told me they were not aware of any delays. After no one turned up and several phone calls they told me they were running one hour late. Eventually they arrived 2 hours late and didn't even bother to give me a call to update me or apologise. I give 2 stars just because they completed the moving without further issues but communication was appalling. A good company would keep their clients informed of any delays and at least have the decency to apologise.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !
These guys are probably the worst service I’ve ever seen. They hardly communicated apart from asking if they could arrive earlier than planned after agreeing an hour earlier they eventually turned up at 12:15 (15 mins after the original agreed time).
Only 2 guys arrived instead of 3 as paid for and they looked around the place and spoke on the phone a lot. Eventually starting the lifting but very quickly after 1 trip down the stairs 1 guy twisted his ankle and said I’ve called an Uber I cannot move or drive and they’re sending 2 more guys to help. This was never happening after sitting outside, speaking more on the phone and explaining they couldn’t carry on.
The driver with the twisted ankle got back in the rented van and they drove off. No intention of completing the job.
Subsequently after many text messages with Chris (in the office) no reply what so ever. I am now taking legal action against them !

Never ever consider using this company. We booked a large van to pick up our stuff at 1pm but they arrived late and didn’t even bother to give us a call. After waiting for a period of time we decided to give them a call and they told us that they only have a medium van currently and if we insist to have the large van we will need to wait for a couple of hours (didnt specified how long we need to wait) We paid extra £20 for the large van which they did not provide and we tried to email them and call them for a refund. They did not even give us a proper respond and it has been almost a week. We had been calling them and asking them to give us a confirmation on the refund but all they do is delaying and not picking up our calls! Please do not consider this company! *this is my first review on trustpilot* and I normally don’t complain but this is too much!!

I highly recommend the guys from Quick Movers! I had Severino (driver) and Chris (helper) with a Luton van. It was a brilliant and hassle-free move from London to Brighton (despite the pouring rain). Quick Movers were great in communicating with me before and during the move. The guys were friendly, very efficient and took great care of my stuff, moving all my items quickly and safely. My move took longer than anticipated, so I paid extra but there were no hidden costs and their services are well-priced and worth every penny. I would definitely use again.
