Quick Movers were able find a slot for me when I had to move quite urgently, and were very responsive to all my calls and emails.
They were around 20 minutes late to my 8am time slot due to traffic, but kept me informed the entire time so I wasn't inconvenienced.
The driver Chris who carried out the move was friendly, patient, understanding, was socially distancing during the move, and was clearly very experienced.
I was moving between small flats in London and the entire move was quick, efficient, stress-free, and cheaper than other competitors. I'd definitely use the service again!

I had to pick up an oversized package from a warehouse which was a fair distance from my property, so had to book a van to arrive at a specific time to meet me there and to pick up the goods. I set off for the warehouse which was an hour away. When arrived I saw that I had a text that to say that the driver was still an hour away. The house passed and the driver texted me again to say that he was still 45 mins away. So I sat by the road side for nearly two hours waiting for this driver. Enough said.

My response to Chris at Quickmovers is that they are not quick movers at all and they now seem to make up their own reality as I have never used them before and so could never have given them 5 stars - that’s a ridiculous attempt to undermine the review. The bottom line is that if you need to rely on them Like I did, they will let you down as they cannot keep to what they say. Also, the driver never mentioned that I would receive a discount so again Chris is making up his own reality.

We were very satisfied with the helpers during the move. Despite havig a lot of stuff to move we were done in 2 hours. Very lovely team of people.

Excellent service and very good price. I only needed to bring a garden sofa from my friend's to mine. I booked a big lorry but they ended up bringing a big Luton van and 2 men (instead of 1 that I paid for).
Payment online. The guys were just under an hour late but they kept me informed constantly so, I didn't mind.
£35 for an hour was very good I thought, and no minimum of 2 hours like with many other companies.
Overall, very good and I'll use them again.

Great service, very friendly and helpful and very easy to book. Booked the Luton van to move a piano and wardrobe and answered all my questions promptly about whether there were straps for the piano. Very happy thank you!
