I bought a cover for the Balmoral hutch and really wish I hadn’t. It comes in two parts that wrap tightly round the frame and are connected by Velcro. There’s no window at one end and the two beneath the sleeping area aren’t clear plastic making it very dark in that part of the hutch. Not a deal breaker though. The weak point of this cover is the zips. One broke within weeks of first using it and this section of the cover was kindly replaced by the supplier. Unfortunately, within weeks, the teeth on the replacement also broke in exactly the same place (tight-hand side of the main run section door). Easy to blame the resident rabbits but on both occasions it happened while I was using the zips, which, until the teeth dislodged, were absolutely fine. It now flaps loosely in the wind and lets rain in where it doesn’t close.

Quick delivery of good quality double hutch and outdoor pen with little house. Helpful additional assembling instructions sent via email. Lots of helpful tips on upkeep and maintenance with links. Brilliant.

The delivery driver should not be looking at the first line of the address, they should indeed be checking the postcode. Maybe a different delivery company is needed?

We purchased the large folding run and little house. Purchase was easy and we were kept informed of delivery.
However it was delivered to the wrong place and only through luck were we able to retrieve it. I contacted the company but they weren’t really bothered despite the hefty postal charges too.
On building we were missing six screws for the run latch, plus some holes were not pre drilled. On contacting them again they did send the screws out straight away but it meant we couldn’t use the run for a few days, despite paying for express delivery (to the wrong address)

I run a company myself and I realise these things happen, but it’s often the way you respond to them that would be the difference of someone ordering again. I would have appreciated a bit more compassion over the delivery and maybe an offer of a postal refund.
Shame, the run is quite good, the little house is adorable but I probably wouldn’t buy again

It works brilliantly, the company was in contact every step of the way with instructions, reassurances, tips and advice. The product itself is fantastic and I've not had a single problem mentioned in the lower star reviews. I have a very happy rabbit in his big collapsible run and rain cover. 10/10

I placed an order on Saturday received my large run, hut and 2 run covers on Tuesday lunch time. No problems with order or delivery- email/text sent to me stating dispatch and tracking available on delivery company website.

We brought the Windsor hutch with the aim of adopting Guinea pigs. The buying and delivery was great.

However after purchase multiple reputable rescue centres told us the hutch doesn’t meet basic welfare requirements and we therefore cannot adopt.

I contacted the seller to explain the situation and they agreed a return. However they stated they would deduct charge double the original cost of delivery to cover their costs, and stated I was being pedantic. In my view they have been defensive, unprofessional and rude from the outset.

As I also need to cover the cost or return I am looking at loosing £60 in delivery costs.

I wrongly assumed a high quality seller who specialises in small animals would ensure all hutches meet basic welfare needs. I was shocked and upset to discover this wasn’t the case and thought perhaps the seller wasn’t aware. However the fact they consider the RSPCA welfare standards I relayed as pedantic shows a poor attitude towards animal welfare.

If you are considering purchasing this hutch please refer to RSPCA guide or contact your local rescue agency before purchasing. This seller does offer a hutch to RSPCA standard, which I wasn’t aware of at the time, if the customer service had been better I’d recommend buying.

I don’t understand a number of negative reviews here. Our hutch was delivered on time, and the quality of the build is fantastic. The cover is also made of really thick material but did have a slight problem with one of the ringlets. So, I contacted customer service and they responded within 1 working day, well, 3 working hours to be precise, apologised and agreed to send a replacement FOC. This is our 3rd hutch, each from different suppliers and this quality is up there with the best.

I purchased a hutch of this website and in March, it is now December and the hutch is in terrible condition with water damage round the whole of the bottom. I decided to contact them and let them now how it was getting water damage and becoming inhabitable for my bunnies and got the worst customer service ever. Instead of an apology of some sort I got a passive aggressive man telling me how it was my fault due to the way it is positioned (It is in a side return) and due to the way I had put a carpet in the hutch on top of hard plastic. He continued to say how rabbits do not need soft flooring (they do) and that I should take it out. He also recommended the covering for the hutch which I had been trying to purchase but is out of stock from October till February.
All in all a terrible company with worse customer service.

THIS COMPANY COVER THERE OWN BACK BY WRITING THAT PARCELS WILL BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION IF YOU ARE NOT HOME. this is written very insignificantly in a long winded dispatch email. I recieved NO text message to follow this up. It also mentioned nothing in the tracking email about leaving the item in my garden! This should only ever be done if it is a prior arrangement! I also only expected a full refund after MARK was very rude in replying implying I was lying as it would be hard to steel large parcels. I actually said I would of been happy for a new hutch to be sent out or for them to atleast do some further investigation. I really do think this was some kind of scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. My delivery was stolen from my garden because they think it’s acceptable to leave a £350 delivery outside for hours without my permission and are now refusing to refund me for it. I now have to report this crime and claim back the money through my bank and more importantly I am without a rabbit hutch that I desperately need! The communication from MIKE has been rude and unhelpful. I suffer with anxiety and this whole situation has really triggered me. Im actually beginning to think this is a scam they pull.. as any other company would refund and acknowledge their responsibility. So unless you wont to lose money order from else where.

E-mailed for advice on a hutch suitable for two dwarf lops; received a very helpful reply and chose the 6ft hutch as it meets RWAF guidelines. I wanted it for a birthday present and although initially out-of-stock due to high demand, the company kept me fully informed of availability and they arranged for it to be delivered before the deadline. Well-designed, stoutly made, easy to assemble, and good value. Excellent customer service and overall experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service! I’ve had a few issues with delivery (not the company’s fault, the couriers fault) and the customer service has been amazing! The quality of the hutch is also fantastic and makes a fantastic home for my two guinea pigs!

I didn't want to get Rabbits, but my wife and Children did... So we now have Rabbits.
I didn't want to spend money on a hutch or run, I thought I would build one myself.... Thankfully I didn't, because after receiving both from this company I realise that I wouldn't have made anything close to this.
The hutch and run are very nice, well made and easy to assemble. The main reason I bought it from these guys was the negative reviews on here, I always like to read them first but these ones are great! I personally like the man who was surprised his Rabbits burrowed to get out and blamed the hutch, he sounds like a bit of a wally, I think i'd have burrowed out as well if I lived with him. I also (like the lady from Devon or Cornwall) am appalled that my hutch is not hurricane proof, terribly lax by the designers there (although ironically it was really windy the first night and I used a couple of ground anchors from the trampoline and attached them to the hutch to make sure... I never did find the trampoline).
Anyway, anyone that writes the polite replies that these people did to the otherwise mental complaints gets my business, and their products are pretty good as well so its a win win.

I bought a Balmoral hutch and rabbit run for our naughty little nibbly rabbits along with the highly recommended anti chew strips. The quality of the hutch and rabbit run is so good.

I brought the 6ft hutch and cover. I've had two pets at home hutches previously and I was really impressed with the difference in quality with this hutch, the wood is thicker and sturdier, and the bolts are more secure. The inside floor is also covered rather than being bare wood which I appreciate as I've had issues with the previous hutches bare wood floors being damaged after a couple of years!

The cover was quite hard to fit around the hutch the first time but it means that it has a really tight fit around the hutch once on which I can tell is going to protect it and means no rain will get in. The zip up doors also mean that once the cover is on in winter as well you don't have to fully remove it every day, the doors can just be rolled up. I especially like the little windows in the cover which mean there's still light in the hutch whilst protecting my rabbit if it's raining.

I appreciated the detailed information on their website regarding how to care for their products to ensure they last.

My delivery was delayed due to the current issues with delivery drivers in the UK but the company communicated with me regularly about this to keep me updated and even popped a gift for my rabbit in the package to apologise despite the delays being out of their control! If I need another hutch or a new run I would definitely order again from this company.

I would give lower than 1 if I could. I ordered a hutch cover which never arrived. The company said there was nothing they could do. Dreadful customer service, I highly recommend you do not use this company. Plenty of decent companies out there.

Excellent customer service - I even got an email to let me know I had ordered two hutch covers and checking that I actually wanted two and hadn't made a mistake (which I had). Instant refund for the extra ordered in error and the hutch and cover dispatched next day. Hutch itself was great quality - one little niggle that the the lock holes needed to be drilled - when rest had already been drilled but the instructions were clear and really happy with the quality of the hutch and the service received in ordering and delivering it

A great hutch. Quality is very clearly better than those you would pick up at a pet store. Also options for bigger hutches which allow my bunnies plenty of space to explore and stretch out. Assembly wasn't the easiest, however, I think this is a result of my DIY skills rather than the product! The hutch cover we purchased to match also works well.

I put a review on when I first bought our Hutch back in August and wanted to put a further review on. My Bunnies still LOVE their hutch and it is keeping them nice and warm in the cold! A few weeks ago a fox tried to attack them, the fox got through the cover and made a few scratches on the hutch but was unable to get any further and my Bunnies were safe! I have friends who have sadly recently lost guineapigs to foxes, due to poor quality cages, so I justed wanted to re-iterate how good quality and fox-proof these cages are!
Also, I emailed the team when it first happened and got lots of really helpful advice on tips on how to keep my bunnies safe!

I have purchased two rabbit hutches from this company and they were both of excellent quality. They are heavy, constructed with thicker wood and are built to last. I have also purchased the anti chew strips from this company and they are a great addition to any hutch.

The floor on one of my hutches was damaged and they sent out a replacement straight away. Cannot fault their customer service. The floor was damaged in transit so not this companies fault. Excellent company
