Racquet Depot UK Avaliações

Très rapide, arrivé en bon état,très bonne communication avec le vendeur:top

I'm a first time buyer from this site. The Racquet Depot UK is professional, trust-worthy, and delivers in reasonable time. It took just 2 weeks with standard airmail from UK to USA. I highly recommend it. Will come back to shop more in the future.

I had issues with the crank mechanism on my pro's pro Tennis racket stringer and was looking to replace mechanism. Unfortunately after discussing with Racquet depot the crank they stock was incompatible, but rather than finish there they took the time and effort to assist further - providing me with technical documentation which helped me resolve my issue with the crank. Excellent Customer service!

Purchased a new tennis racket and a reel of strings from Racquet Depot UK. I really like the prices on their tennis products - they tend to be significantly cheaper than buying in the United States. I live in California, and I got the items as expected. I used the cheapest shipping option so it took 3 weeks to arrive, but I expected that it would take a bit longer since it's overseas. I am happy with my experience at Racquet Depot.

Outstanding customer service. Found grommet sets for my racquets when nobody else could. Cheers!

Racquet Depot were very quick with the invoice & dispatch of the squash grips. I would certainly recommend to any squash enthusiast that they order from their website. I will definitely be back.

Hi,
Just a quick message to tell you that i’m incredibly satisfy to buy on your web site. Easy to shop, fast shipping, fair price and good communication! A WONDERFUL experience :0)

Have a good day!

I purchased a tennis ball machine from Racquet Depot. Unfortunately, there was a fault with it straight out of the box. The customer service from both Jack and David was excellent, they acted to resolve the issue immediately. I was really impressed when David personally delivered a new machine and took away the defective one.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Jake/Leigh. they are very attentive and kind. I recommend racquet depot uk

Best customer experience I've ever had. Was contacted immediately when delivery was slightly delayed (due to supplier issues). Great items at a fair price. Highly recommended.

My order arrived within a few days, despite the Royal Mail strike, very securely packaged and exactly as described on the website. Also a good price!

Brilliant customer service as always, thank you!

Excellent service 👍👍

Higher recommended for all tennis players.

Guys, you are amazing! Ball machine has been delivered exactly in time. Thanks again for your assistance in fighting customs bureaucracy. Your timely support and advice is highly appreciated. It was a true pleasure working with you!

Excellent service from Racket Depot this week.
Ordered with speedy delivery, with one product having a manufacturing defect.
Replacement sent out within 24 hrs and excellent communication throughout.
Highly recommend these guys, will definitely be using again 5 *

These guys are great. Fixed my Spinfire tennis ball machine and even sourced parts from Australia. Really can do approach. Cannot recommend enough.

Our tennis club had a problem with a ball machine purchased from Racquet Depot, but they were quick to respond to address the issue. When we said we were unhappy to continue, they offered an alternative product at a good price. They were quick and reliable in response over a number of days until the issue was resolved and in the end we were very happy with our purchase.

Nice customer service, fast delivery. Will continue using their service.

I ordered couple of times already. I found better prices than other retailers and received the items quickly!

Excellent service. Kept well informed about possible delivery delays and actual delivery. Friendly and helpful service throughout
