Great prices, super fast delivery at a very reasonable cost form the UK to North America. Thanks.

I ordered the Pro's Pro racket stringer and it came in four days (I live in the US) I was very pleased with the product and service. I didn't order the upgraded clamps but found out I should have. They sent me the clamps at a discounted rate and they cam just a quick as before. The service was awesome.

Ordered Aircast Armband which was delivered to me very quickly. On examining the product and trying it on, a fault was found which was uncommon for such a good product. Contacted Racquet Depot UK by email and received a very quick response. Having supplied photographic evidence of the fault, this company provided an outstanding service and immediately arranged a replacement armband which arrived the following day. I belong to two tennis clubs and have already recommended this company for their good range of products and outstanding customer service. Well deserved praise to Racquet Depot UK, thank you.

Great communication, good price and ultra fast shipping to USA.
Highly recomended... great experience.

Excellent product.... fast service and delivery sooner then expected delivery. Oder from their web site

Fantastic Customer Service.
Racquet Depot went completely above and beyond throughout the purchase of new racquet. Cannot recommend enough.

i received my shipment all the way to Saudi Arabia within 3 days !! VAT included while checking out

First time ordering with them, got my items delivered in under 24 hrs (I’m based in London). Was a very pleasant surprise and quality of products were great

Great oversea delivery. Great product and Great service. Thx :)

I just wanted to say a massive Thank You - the Aircast Cryo Cuff IC Cooler and Knee Wrap arrived here this morning (order only placed yesterday afternoon) and I already have my knee iced.
Having been let down by 2 other companies, taking my order (and payment) promising delivery but not being able to deliver, I am so grateful to your very helpful and efficient sales lady and prompt delivery.
Following knee surgery I was getting desperate for a company to deliver what it promised!
A huge heartfelt thank you,

Friendly and professional service. Response time to queries was very good and the work was completed swiftly and effectively.

Perfect customer-oriented service. I had to ask many questions and they answered anything to our satisfaction. The product itself is 1a quality as well.

Thanks to Racquet Depot UK

Excellent shop, I bought 200m tennis string “Yonex”, item just as described and arrived 3 week before the expected delivery date (Mexico). Excellent costumer services (Victoria),
Thank you.

Purchased a Tourna String o meter from this Company. Took it with me overseas and upon opening the product it was faulty. 5 minutes after contacting the Company via email they had already told me they would ship out a replacement even though I wouldn't be back into The UK for another 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend this Company for fast shipping, fast customer service response and 5 start customer service. Had dealing with Tennis Pro in the past (definitely a company to steer clear of) with similar issues and this Company doesn't give a hoot once they get your money until Racquet Depot.

This was my first purchase with Racquet Depot UK but for sure not the last one. Will come back again! Great company. Fair prices. Smart, accurate and immediate dispatch of the order. I am an international buyer and a wide range of different shipment options (which is very unusual but extremely useful and helpful) was very appreciated. Shipment charges including DHL option (which I choose) are absolutely fair and convenient too. The order has arrived to my door within less than 2days which is unbelievably great considering all "Coronavirus " issues. As so, I would definitely recommend this company to international buyers as well. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

A pleasure to have dealt with a professional and helpful company and its staff. Checked stock levels whilst on phone and confirmed dispatch
Order had arrived safely this lunchtime and us now in much needed use

i purchased a set of strings from
racquet depot im an A grade tennis player i live in Australia i have always played with kevlar since 1982 as cat gut got expensive and would break easy. The kevlar mix with super power is in my opinion is a top selection of string very soft and responsive i string the kevlar at 5LB (yes 5LB) and super power at the moment 53LB and i will try super power at lower tensions eventually.i consider myself a placement player and can power it on when necessary depending on my oppositions strengh.Once again thankyou for a top mix of string.

I was happy with the product that I bought more than 2 years ago and wear & tear happened outside of warranty period. Upon contacting for suggestions, I was amazed and impressed with the excellent customer service and fast responses. Services and even a part provided free of charge. Can’t expect any better after sales service from anyone. Communications are exceptional.

It was hard to find the right stringingtools i Sweden and then i found racquetdepot😀.

The best custumer service i ever experienced. To bad that brexit will make it harder to buy things for the rest of the EU.

Customer service this good is rare - everything about my order with Racquet Depot UK was first class, thank you!
