The radiator is beautiful and mocha colour perfect however the delivery wasn't great, had to email and call for an update. Took longer than expected. Also came with no fittings and no notes on the online order process to say they would need ordering separately.

Radiator Outlet great service
Excellent service, and fast delivery. Radiator should have arrived on Friday but was delayed so advised it would be Monday due to no deliveries at the weekends, then on Saturday it arrived even though we were not expecting it. Very happy. Not opened the packaging yet as waiting for the plumber but looks well packed. Recommended company to deal with.

Order was despatched and delivered very quickly.
Items were packaged securely for transportation and arrived in good condition.
Only downside the courier (DX Freight) never notified me of the delivery, which sat outside for sometime, I would expect the to chap the door or send a text letting me know of the delivery.
Overall I was very happy with the customer service.
