Why I would rate this experience as a three star, I contacted them to tell them about damage on the radiator by email. I still have not received any reply. The radiator was as described and was notified on delivery on the Friday and waited in all day. Did not arrive this must of been to the dpd depot they were hopeless in giving me information. It was delivered on the Monday, Just to make you aware they dump it on the street and this radiator was really heavy, the driver did help my husband but he was not meant to. They left the pallet which we had to dispose off. If that had been me on my own, I would never of managed to move the radiator and leaving on the street would certainly got it stolen.

I ordered online and was advised - as per the email confirmation - that a text would be sent to let me know which day the radiators would be delivered.

The radiators turned up with no warning and the delivery driver did not even ring the doorbell. He just abandoned £500 worth of radiators on my driveway. I know this because I’ve got a ring doorbell which picked up motion sensors so I can prove it. I had to race home to pick them up from being stolen and it had also rained heavily after.

The next day I got a text saying the radiators were out for delivery… useless service and totally terrible for an expensive product purchase.

We measured and placed an order for 7 radiators, but later decided that we wanted to make amendments to 4 of them. Had the radiators already been delivered, we would have had to arrange a return, along with all the hassle that comes with returning heavy goods.
I contacted Radiator Outlet by email and explained the situation. Karl responded and was incredibly helpful. He kindly delayed the delivery, giving me time to remeasure everything and make the necessary amendments to the order.
Throughout the process, Karl kept in regular contact with me, helped me make the changes and rearranged the delivery to suit my requirements. His patience, communication and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward.
A big thank you to Karl for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a credit to Radiator Outlet. I would definitely recommend them.
