First Class Service
I believe the true measure of a company is how it reacts when things go awry. Our radiator arrived with a ding, not through any fault of Radiator Outlet; the parcel had clearly been badly handled.
Karl responded quickly and resolved the situation. First-class service and would highly recommend them.

The ordering was straight forward, great choice of radiators and found two different sized ones that suited our needs. Delivery was as indicated in the information provided, the radiators were well packaged and arrived with no dents or rips to the external packaging. A good purchasing experience and would use the company again.
