Very competitive prices, however
Very competitive prices. Average delivery time. However product was damaged beyond use. Cost me hours of wasted time over multiple days and diesel costs and apologies to my customer. They did send me a replacement free of charge after I emailed them. But overall I'm out of pocket. But disgruntled. However I don't know if this firm just ship stuff out. Product was definitely broken at manufacturing stage.

Very poor. We ordered a radiator 2 weeks ago and still haven’t recieved it. Keep having to email and phone and still waiting. Just want a refund now! If not here soon that’s what we will request.

I was advised by the kitchen fitter that as we needed a vertical radiator that radiator outlet were the company to go to. The ordering on line was stress free. Ordered on a Friday and delivered by 1pm on the following Monday. The delivery driver was pleasant happy smiling. Faultless.
