Ordered this item Friday night and it was delivered Tuesday. Excellent service. Easy to fit and setup. So far the wifi heating element is working well. It has only been a week and if it keeps performing as well as it is, it will be excellent value for money.

Service was brilliant from the order process to prompt delivery of the radiator.
You only no how good a company is when you have a problem and got to say they resolved the query immediately and kept my customer extremely happy.
We had damaged radiator and it was resolved straight away without all the long winding process which most online companies put you through.
Definitely would be using them in the future aswell.

It arrived quickly and was exactly what we needed.

I've used Radiator outlet a couple of times, quick delivery, good communication and decent radiators. Would use again.

Brilliant service from the start. Special mention for Karl who went over and above.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with and delighted with the products. I bought 14 radiators and messed up with one of the sizes and they exchanged it no problem 🤩

Very quick delivery. Radiator well packed and seems to be working well.

Bought several radiators and accessories. Easy to use website, combined with hassle free delivery. Product arrived well packed with clear part numbers & descriptions. Radiators in the process of being fitted and look just as good as we hoped.

Ordered and delivered within 24 hours, super service, delivery chap was lovely, 5* all the way,

The delivery company made no attempt to deliver my new radiator to my door, instead deciding to leave a 50kg, £500 radiator on my driveway. I struggled to move this on my own. I did contact radiator outlet to let them know.
Secondly my radiator had a small chip/dent; thankfully only on one side, so have hung it bad side to the wall, but not great, as it wasn’t a cheap rad.
That said, it’s a lovely radiator and the perfect colourway for my room.
