Good communication throughout informing me of how my order was progressing. Great product and I'm really pleased with the new radiator. I was sent a faulty valve which customer service refunded easily and quickly with no issue. Would recommend.

Excellent price. Good quality. Too heavy for one man delivery so driver couldn't get radiator in without help but he was lovely. Quick and helpful advice from customer service. Have bought from company before and would do so again.

Excellent radiators but be aware about delivery times.
Easy to order these are really good looking and solid radiators complete with excellent brackets to fit to the wall. Well packaged on delivery. Be aware however about the delivery times. The website is slightly misleading when it says delivery is 48 to 72 hours. I ordered late on a Tuesday and it was the following Tuesday before they arrived.

Thank you for you review, we are sorry to hear about the issues you have had. Please could you let us know a few details so we can look into this further.
We only sell 2 radiators that uses an app and we unfortunately cannot find an order for yourself for either of these 2 products or any of our products.
Please can you let us know your order number and which product you are having an issue with, either the Isabella 50 Electric or the Renata Electric?

After a year ,and no fault of this…
After a year ,and no fault of this company service , one of our Rads died, no heat coming from it . When purchased they told us we had a two year warrenty on it. As a cynical online customer and jaded from other companies. I thought yeah right?? But sure enough, a year later, they were excellent, asked a few questions, a couple of photos, and a new Rad was delivered promptly. Highly impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.
