Missing refund
I returned my order three weeks ago, but I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service eight days ago, but I haven't received a response yet. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience.

Not the best tbh. Love radley, but this watch doesn't show sleep patterns accurately, doesn't calculate steps accurately, so if your looking for a health watch, look elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Super discount sale, so got a great bag for a really good price. Its a Beautiful bag of high quality, as all the bags I have bought over the past 2 years from Radley. As always the delivery is so fast and efficient. Can highly recommend the bags and service from this company.

Placed an order online
Placed an order online, payment was taken but that was it. No updates and no item. I repeatedly tried to phone and held for an unacceptable length of time and no one answered. Have sent an email to receive a message to say it can take up to 5 days to respond. Still waiting. Unimpressed!
