In my experience, working with this company is a very personal experience. They take the time to help you as a real person, from start to finish. They have helped me be able to work with Medicare to get my medical supplies covered. They have really been a blessing in getting my medical necessities covered.

The team at RA Fischer is incredibly responsive, patient, and friendly by phone and email. Lisa worked hard to guide me through a complicated insurance situation. The actual Fischer iontophoresis device is top notch, and I am speaking as a longtime patient who has used a few other iontophoresis devices in years past. No question Fischer is more expensive, but it is worth it. I am seeing more effective results from my treatment (previous devices were around 70-80% effective but the Fischer is easily 90-95% effective) and the treatments are more comfortable because the Fischer device is just much more thoughtfully designed. For example the tray edges are rounded so they don't dig into my wrists during treatment. The components are easy to keep clean after treatment. There is no better product or level of service on the market.

I sweat like crazy and couldn’t for the life of me of me find something to prevent it. I started with another brand (who I chose to omit the name) and it didn’t work for me. I decided to use RA Fisher as a last ditch effort before surgery, and while it took a while, it works. Using the 3 in 1 bundle I was able to help alleviate my sweat issues on my hands, feet, and underarms. It took a few weeks to start to really see the results but I love love love this brand. This is a very kind company. They offer the Purewick system that is vital to my mom’s health and needs. The employees are so nice and they will do their best to help you. The Purewick system is a very good alternative to plastic internal catheters because it prevents infections like UTIs, kidney and bladder infections and other potential dangerous health issues. I like and trust RF Fisher company to get medical supplies.

Our experience has been very positive and the Purewick system has been a life changing experience for my mom as she is severely incontinent after having a stroke. Tabbatha has been amazing to work with and very responsive in our communications.

We are very pleased with RA Fischer Co. and Tabbatha Ciszewski’s ability to gain Medicare’s approval to cover the costs of my wife’s Purewick wicks. We had been told by BD, the manufacturer of Purewick, that Medicare would not cover the costs of Purewick wicks. We are very appreciative of Tabbatha’s efforts to now have my wife’s Purewick wicks covered completely by Medicare. If you are still paying out of pocket for your Purewick wicks, call Tabbatha to get them approved and covered by Medicare.

Who has two sweaty thumbs and was skeptical? This guy! Bout to be 42 and have tried everything for my sweaty hands--- the creams that leave you chalky and not quite dry, always having a towel, fist bumps instead of shaking hands, antiperspirant deodorant (weird and no, it doesn't work), and on and on. I play music and it has been a huge mess of puddles and disappointment. Well, I tried the RA Fischer iontophoresis machine. I am 5 treatments in and my hands are mostly dry. It is crazy I want to cry. I am going to keep going and am so excited to go forward. Do it, try it. Dan at RA Fischer was super helpful and really knowledgeable and not at all pushy; incredible experience all around.

Still in process of getting a Purewick covered by Medicare. To its credit, RA Fischer is one of the few companies who attempt to do so on the patient’s behalf. Understanding and meeting the documentation requirements for coverage has been a work in progress, resulting in delays. I would credit the company highly for tenaciousness in the pursuit of coverage over a period of months, but less highly for keeping those of us out there waiting for long periods without an update. Ultimately, this is a company who is attempting to do something that other companies aren’t, which is to help patients get needed medical devices covered by insurance, and that is commendable. I am hopeful that the investment of time and effort on everyone’s part will result in the best possible outcome in our case, which is to get this needed device and have it covered by insurance.

After about 20 years of sweating profusely from my hands and feet, one year on an oral medication that made me stop sweating but also gave me non-stop UTI's, I got desperate and talked to a dermatologist about what other options there were. Botox was out of the question (I use my hands in my line of work) and so we landed on Iontophoresis using the RA Fischer machine. RA Fischer made all of the paperwork easy to fill out, especially with my insurance company, and followed up with a phone call to talk about the machine and ship it to me. I live one county away from them in California so it arrived the next day (incredible!) and I was able to start treatments right away. Their customer service is impeccable. The most helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, well-mannered, patient, and happy-seeming people have been around to answer my questions, give me useful tips and support. Not only that, but the machine is a little miracle, and for the first time since I was a kid I have essentially stopped sweating profusely every day. I didn't know it would work so well and I am now kicking myself for not getting treatment like this sooner. Even if my insurance had denied paying for it, it would be worth every penny.

This machine changed my life and I could cry, let me point out that I am a 6’3” 42 yo man who is not sensitive.

I have been dealing with excessive sweating all my life and it has been controlling all of my daily activities, but I had learned to get by, certain creams prescriptions, PAPER TOWELS (lots of them) and the use of a iontophoresis machine at doctors office years ago. I had so many up and downs with meds and treatments I just tried to weather the storm for years with all the disappointments and just said this is my life an I need to make the most of it and live to the best of my ability with the sweating.

I learned of the Fischer device through the Hyperhydrosis emails and decided to try it again and take control of my situation on my own time… I have had ENOUGH!

Dan Moyer contacted me after I submitted a contact request through Fischer’s website and couldn’t be more accommodating and knowledgeable about what I have been going through and walked me through the process of getting a prescription and provided all the information I needed to start my treatments with my very own Fischer device.

I am now on my 7th day using the machine daily and cannot express what this treatment means to me… I am not sweating anymore! No more wiping my hands on my clothing or paper towels, shying away or making an excuse not to shake someone’s hand, replacing shoes because the sweating caused them to smell or deteriorate faster than they should, not wanting to walk around barefoot…I could go on and on … but if you have read this far you are probably relating to a lot of what I am saying, make the jump and take control. I am a changed man and the results have had cascading affects on my life, confidence, work performance, family life and I am no longer sweating in other parts of my body due to the anxiety caused by my hand and feet sweating.

This product just changed my son's life!!! My son is 17 and has been battling sweaty hands for years. We took him to doctors and even mental health professionals to find a remedy. The only thing that was recommended was drugs or creams that all had side effects and chemicals. So knowing that my son was about to go to college, and he was very nervous about it socially, I had to take matters into my own hands.

After doing extensive research, I found RA Fischer and their IONTOPHORESIS device. While it was expensive and we are trying to put it through insurance, this has become the best investment I have ever made.

He recently went up to his college's Summer B session after using this for only 2 weeks. So far so good! He is almost done with his freshman summer session and is a new kid. He is socializing, playing sports, and hanging out with friends without any insecurity of having sweaty palms.

Company makes a quality product that has helped my parents who suffer from excessive sweating. Very importantly, they work with the patients and the patients’ insurance company to make sure patients can get the machine.

As for my treatments, they are going wonderfully! One of the best investments I’ve made for myself that is pain free and works incredibly well. My palms and feet have had a substantial decrease in sweating which I’ve never experienced before in my life. An investment I wish I would’ve known of before the age of 29, but better late than never! If anyone is doubting the effectiveness, then they should not. Obviously everyone is different but this is absolutely worth a try and has boosted my self confidence and I no longer have the looming anxiety that would come with any social situation requiring meeting new people/shaking hands/ wearing sandals or heels! I write this months after using the machine and it is still working just as great and my sweating has been at an all time low. Keeping up the treatments and staying consistent with them makes it to where I don’t sweat at all so if you’re able to have that discipline then it’s worth it.

Customer service is outstanding very prompt at resolving any problems first call or text message.

I am a very sweaty human and have tried all the things over the years - creams, powders, medications - nothing worked and I spent the last 30 years being uncomfortable wearing open toed shoes, shaking hands with people, and even keeping my wardrobe primarily black because it doesn't show sweat. I decided to try Iontophoresis and have been using it for a month now. I cannot even begin to express my joy at how well this works! I use this machine for 20 minutes (10 mins hands, 10 mins feet) 3-4 times a week and the difference in my sweat levels is unreal! I am so grateful this was recommended to me (by a dermatologist) and strongly recommend it!

I AM OVER THE MOON! Long story short, my dermatologist referred me over to fischer last year and of course my insurance is one who doesn’t cover iontophoresis, so I decided to hold off. (I had tried a different brand prior so I was very skeptical this would be any different) Flash forward to January this year I decided to give it a try because my hyperhidrosis had gotten much worse and was getting really tough to deal with. I am annoyed of myself for waiting so long!!!! After about 2 weeks of treating my hands were bone DRY! My feet and underarms did take a little longer to reach that point almost 4 weeks, but I am about 3 months into treating and I treat once a week to stay dry right now. I hear I can go even longer but for now ill stick to this schedule! Also, thanks to the reps for answering all my questions even after getting my device and calling in a handful of times. Thank you thank you!!!!
