This iontophoresis machine has worked wonders for my hands. I no longer have to deal with sweaty hands all the time and my hands stay fairly dry as long as I use the product ~once a week. Highly recommend.

Wow.....just wow! As a mom, we're used to being able to fix everything for our kids but my son suffered for YEARS with sweaty hands and feet. It reached a point that it caused him great anxiety and I began a deeper search for something to help him. Thank goodness I found RA Fischer! I have been using the RA Fischer Iontophoresis device since last fall on my feet. I have never ever in my life remembered a time they were dry. The true test has been summer heat & humidity in NC and they are still dry. This is a game changer. I’m 50 & have tried every single option to treat hyperhidrosis with minimal results. I use it 2 times a week & I’ve now had dry feet since I started. Worth EVERY penny!!!!!

Having suffered from sweaty hands and feet since birth and trying everything out there with no success, I was super doubtful that this treatment was going to work. After just 10 treatments however I was already enjoying dry hands and less sweaty feet! A huge thanks to Dan Moyer who was super helpful in getting me my machine and walking me through how to do my first couple treatments.

I had some issues with my insurance as well as the billing, but thankfully I was put in contact with Jessica who handles the insurance side of it and managed to sort it all out in about a day or two!
Really appreciate the effort that was put in for that as I was ready to return the product but now I get to keep it and start my sessions!! (:

Excellent customer service! Dan checked our insurance and emailed the forms needed in order to be reimbursed by insurance company.

Answered ALL of my questions and I asked many! He patiently went through my questions about the insurance process and why their machine was better quality and FDA approved.
I will update my review with how well the device works for my family member once we have been using it.

I have been doing this treatment for about three months. My hands and feet haven’t sweat in a few since the first month of treatment!!! I really thought nothing would ever work. I’ve been on glycopyrrolate for 11 years, used a bunch of topical remedies (including prescription), did Botox (which worked for like a week on me but my sweating was so bad I would still sweat, and that was only for my hands), laser treatment (hurt so bad I didn’t do it again), and nothing worked fully. I really wish I bought an iontophoresis machine sooner. Little things like having dry socks all day, being able to put in lotion/sunscreen, typing, writing, and doing pull ups are some things that have really made my life brighter. I had heard of success stories and really thought that it would not work with me since mine is so severe (pools of sweat on some days).
Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who has questioned iontophoresis and maybe hasn’t tried it because they are thinking it would just be something else that wouldn’t work. I bought through R.A. Fischer, and although expensive, they had a money back guarantee if you didn’t like it after 60 days. I saw results within the first couple of weeks and knew I needed to keep it. I really encourage anyone who is on the fence to at least try it out. I've never experienced a life of dryness, and now I feel like there are so many new things I want to try since my hands and feet aren't holding me back anymore.

Jessica B has been an incredible help through the entire process of getting the iontophoresis machine. She helped me deal with my dermatologist to ensure the correct paperwork has been filled out, she stayed on top of the insurance company to expedite the process, and she answered countless phone calls from me with annoying questions. Replaced an older machine that had metal inserts with this newer RA Fischer machine with non-metal inserts. These non-metal inserts are notably more comfortable. Machine is easy to use and most importantly, effective! When questions arise, Dan has been very quick and thorough in his responses—highly recommend this machine and this company.

Great product and exceptional customer service. I had EXTREME hyperhidrosis in hands and feet, so it took a month or so, but now it's down to nothing. I just use the machine once a week.

I was lost for alternatives for sweat control. Finally I learned about sweat control through iontophoresis. I currently use the (The Fischer) device for my hands and feet. Two weeks into treatment, I am looking for hydration than trying to rid of it. Also love The Fischer device as it is easy to use solo without assistance from another person. Best feature is how it gradually builds up current instead of instantly shocking me.
I Should have done this long time ago and saved awkward looks and embarrassing social moments.
