They gave me new cords and shipped it back without charging me anything. The next time this happened, years later, Dan talked to me multiple times: troubleshooting the machine, sending me new cords, and giving me all my options. I ended up upgrading to The Fischer: Hands and Feet.

Lisa has been great to work with! She has been prompt to help answer our questions and find out answers and helped me get started with the insurance reimbursement process. The machine seems to be helping my son so far and we are pleased to have a non drug solution to my son’s issue.

My daughter was diagnosed with extreme hyperhidrosis of the hands, feet, and arm pits. My insurance, Kaiser Permamente only uses a third party to order a Hidrex iontophoresis unit. I had done some research on these machines and the only unit made with silicone-graphite electrodes was from RAFISCHER. Hidrex uses metal electrodes which must be replaced after a few months of use due to corrosion. Also the Fischer unit allows you to do both hands and feet at the same time which the Hidrex does not. I called Fischer and talked with Dan and in just a few minutes of talking with him, I got all my questions answered, and even better all the information about how to get my insurance company to pay for the much better Fischer 3 in one unit rather than the inferior Hidrex unit. Dan is extremely knowledgeable of his and other companys hyperhidrosis units, and he explained everything and was there to help me each step. I have never received such outstanding customer service and support from any company. If you have hyperhidrosis and need a iontophoresis unit, I highly recommend calling Fischer and talking with Dan.

This is the best investment I’ve ever made. I tried so many medicine, cream, meditation and nothing worked. I kept changing doctors hoping for a better solution. Every time I was going to a business meeting or interview I would panic because I have sweaty hands and even if I Wipe them, they can still feel the sweat 😓. I cried one time because as I was typing on the keyboard the sweat was dripping from my hands. I was never able to wear sandals or flip flops. Then a dermatologist prescribed the MD2. What a life changer!! I no longer have to think about shaking people’s hands or bring napkins to meetings. I’ve been using this machine for 7 years and I didn’t have a single problem. You have increased my quality of life more than I can say!

Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledge throughout the whole ordering process. The machine is very easy to use. So far i've use the Fischer 11 times. Seen a little improvement with my hands. Looking forward to greater improvements as the weeks continue, especially on my feet.

I had the first iontophoresis machine for my sweaty hands back in 2007 and it’s been working great for me to this day. My first and only one is still working, but I wanted the new iontophoresis machine because of the auto polarity switch feature which I think will save me time during treatments, and the fact that it doesn’t use the aluminum plates so it should be safer on the body. It’s costly but for the improved way of life it has given me, it’s all worth it. It’s kept my hands bone dry as long as I do the maintenance treatments every 1.5 weeks or so

Our daughter has had hyperhydrosis of the hands since she was born. She started using the Iontophoresis machine when she was in high school. If done consistently, her hands stay dry. This machine is the only thing that keeps her hands dry. She has tried Botox shots in her hands and topical Drysol and neither worked for her. We are, and have been, very please with this machine and have owned it for approximately 12 years. Excellent product and excellent customer service.
