Just bought a Range Rover Evoque from Rainford Cars. After a test drive I was asked to highlight any issues with the car which I did. It turned out the car had a few more problems than first thought. Richard was great to deal with and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Fair play to Richard he wouldn’t let the car go until all the issues were dealt with and went to great expense to make sure the car was right. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a quality used car. Thanks again.

As a member of the CTSI, and having worked in the fields of Consumer Protection and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in the Retail Motor Sector for over 25 years. It’s fair to say I was not looking forward to purchasing a second hand vehicle. However, and although unaware of my history. The staff at Rainford Cars were a pleasure to deal with. Not a hint of pressure selling, happily given keys for extended test drives, nothing was a problem. As sceptical as I was (due to my profession), and as hard as I tried. I could not find fault in their sales process of the value of the vehicles they had on offer, which all come with a 3 month warranty. So my sincere thanks to both Jamie and Richie who made a process I was dreading, a most pleasant experience.

Bought a camper van of rainford cars and can’t thank them enough, they made sure everything was perfect.
Richard was a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right with the van , even got the electrics rewired when they found out there was a fault and bought a new leisure battery .

This is the second car I’ve purchased from this garage and the service is simply superb. Rich and the lads are very approachable people but they don’t pressure you, they leave you to it but are on hand to answer questions. We looked at a few cars before we decided on the one we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with it. Our Car was serviced, was given a fresh MOT and it had a valet, it’s a great family car from a great family centred garage. 5 ⭐️ service!

Just bought a car from here - excellent service from start to finish. I had looked on their website and had a good idea of the car I wanted - rang and told them I would visit - nothing was too much trouble and Richard gave me a few other options of cars he had and it was no problem test driving them - I chose my car and collected it a few days later - it was fully cleaned and looked like new - fabulous service from both Richard and Jamie - definitely recommend them

Bought a van from Rich at the beginning of summer - great vehicle. All the staff were really helpful and were upfront and honest. We travelled from the Lake District for the vehicle and they made sure it was lovely and clean and ready to go when we got there. Rich knew we had young children so made sure we were sorted with proper warranty cover which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
