Ritchie and the rest of Rainford car sales in ellesmere port, have once again found the perfect car for my husband. The service was so good. So good in fact my grandson bought one. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a lovely car from this garage, it was very enjoyable experience. No hard sell, just good open and honest communication with Richard, who had some minor issues done for me before a picked up the car, which looked brand new when l picked it up.
l would certainly buy from Rainford cars again and would recommend them to friends.

Bought a Land Rover Discovery 2 weeks ago. I didn't write the review immediately as Richie agreed to a little remedial work and I wanted to drive the car and ensure there were no issues.

So my review is as follows:-
Absolutely no pressure from any of the sales people but when I had questions they were rather patient.
I'm an indecisive person and I had a million and one questions after i'd left a deposit. I was what some might call a pain in the butt and Richie gave me the option to pull out of the deal without issue if I wanted to.
Picked up the car as agreed, was told it had an oil change and safety checks completed. We have used it for 2 weeks and are really happy with the car. Returned it Tuesday as agreed at the point of sale for a couple of small marks on the bumper to be touched up.
Picked the car up again this morning and made up with how the bumper appears.
Richie has agreed a decent price should I wish to have some modifications done at a later date.
Overall a great service with the added security of a warranty along with great after sales service. Hopefully there will be no issues over the coming months and all will be good with the car in the long term.

I have recently purchased a VW Polo from Rainford Cars online. Buying a car online without seeing it first is a daunting exercise, however Rich was super helpful. He provided a very comprehensive video recording of the car, he identified a couple of issues he would address before delivering the car, and his overall description of the condition of the car was spot on. The car was delivered and my partner and son are very pleased with it- would certainly recommend. Excellent service.

Exactly as described, any issues I was concerned about were addressed and rectified. Slight cosmetics were again sorted without fuss and very local to where I work which only mean I didn't have car for the time I was working. I would have no doubt in recommending Rainford Cars, Rich and the WHOLE team there if you were thinking of these guys. If I ever need a change or new car I would approach these guys without hesitation.

Honestly five star service from Rich at Rainford Cars from our initial contact re my dream car .. has it delivered to my door in a matter of days! High level communications. Answered all my questions (however small) and offered a fair trade no quibbles for my trade in. Very reasonable admin and delivery costs and I have my dream car in my driveway in fantastic condition. Yes indeed I would, what a great service. I recently purchased a 10 yers old high mileage Mercedes Vito at a great price. It came with a three month warranty. After about a month, the power steering packed up. I was advised to contact the warranty company. The company said the quote to repair was more than they would pay. Rainford cars made up the difference. Wow. My Vito is back to normal, drives like a dream, so many thanks to Rainford Cars and, YES I Would Definitely but another car from them

Fantastic customer service and experience. When I picked the car up it was extremely clean and in perfect condition for a used car. The car was everything the Advert said and was given a really fair price part-exchange for my vehicle. Really happy with this purchase and the aftercare they provided. Would not hesitate in buying another car from these guys.

Purchased a 2015 Hyundai i20 from Rich at Rainford Cars, and to say he went over and above to assist with this remote sale (I live 300 miles away) would be an understatement. Rich provided a totally honest and accurate appraisal (since qualified) of the car over the phone, and further backed this up with both detailed photos and a video walk round. He also conveyed the accurate history from supporting paperwork. The motor trade often gets a bad rap (and rightly so sometimes), so it's utterly refreshing to deal with a company who are discerning (their stock all seems of high quality), transparent, and intrinsically honest; their proven integrity would, without hesitation, have me searching for a-n-other pre-owned car in the future. The only issue with the car was a remote key not correctly coded to the vehicle (they were unaware of this), Rich sorted this within 24 hours of me receiving the vehicle; great service and care above and beyond expectation. I cannot recommend Rainford cars highly enough, it's literally a breath of fresh air to deal with a company of such impeccable standards, care and trustworthiness. Thanks, Rich, you're a beacon of light within your industry.

Purchased my car from them and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received, professionalism of the staff and quality of the cars. Helped me sort my tax and explained everything in detail and I left as happy as could be with all the information needed. I bought a Mercedes from these guys and the buying experience was very easy all done over the phone or WhatsApp as I am in Scotland
Rich was easy to deal with and no pressure with doing a deal with ne and my part ex
Car delivered on time by his son very pleasant young man
Checking car next day was in great condition for its age couple of little scratches but nothing major
Had a full machine polish and ceramic coating done on the car and looks like brand new
I would recommend Rich and the guys to anyone looking for a second hand car

Well what can I say about Richie and his team ? ...... They have been amazing , I bought my lovely red car from him in December but sadly it had a few problems , to their credit these were sorted out immediately and I was given a courtesy car in the meantime , I'm actually going to miss calling into the office and having the cheeky banter with them , I would 100% recommend Rainford cars they're honest and reliable and I will definitely use them again
