I spoke to Becky asking for an invoice to support our order placed last month. Unlike many suppliers, it was no problem at all and a delivery note was provided too. Very impressed with the immediate service by Becky.

I ordered the black magnetic boxes from Raja pack and they were absolutely beautiful!
They looked great in the photo but even better in person. I had an issue with my delivery which was no fault of Raja but the customer service agent Craig dealt with my issue efficiently and called back when he said he would. His customer service was exceptional, thank you Craig. One thing you at least want from a company is one that deals with your issues quickly & they defiantly did. I would definitely recommend & will be using them again in the future!

The delivery company used by Raja Uk severely let them down. The courier lied about attempting delivery several times despite never approaching my property.
This left me without packaging for orders at the busiest time of year.

Customer service were helpful but it required several emails and phone calls before a replacement order was sent to me.

However now I am being hounded to pay for this replacement order, despite being told it would be complimentary (in writing) which I’ve told Raja Uk and yet I’m still being chased and threatened with ‘action’.

I’ve sent more emails on this topic and this frustration has led to this review being posted.

I ordered from RAJA UK and later called on 3rd December to cancel my order. A team member assured me it would be cancelled and a full refund would be issued. I was told to expect a confirmation email ,but that never came. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, including one on the following Monday and again recently to Kelly Guy. I haven’t received a single response.

After a very shaky start with our packing stations, they are now our main provider for packaging.

Very quick to respond to issues, and updated on items.

After the start, I never thought we would use them again, but their service really has been second to none. We all make mistakes, its how you deal with it that counts! Highly recommended.

Be very careful when buying from this website.
Their product pages and checkout are extremely misleading. I ordered cardboard boxes that were advertised as a “Pack of 10”, but when you add the item to the basket, the website shows “PACK QUANTITY 10” above the quantity selector — and the quantity is also set to 10.

The way this is displayed makes it look like you are buying 10 packs of 10, i.e., 100 boxes. Instead, they only send one single pack of 10, meaning the price is effectively triple what many other suppliers charge.

Because of this confusing layout, I now have to pay out of pocket to return the item — which feels unfair given how unclear the website is.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend unless they improve their product descriptions and checkout layout.

where to start..we placed an order and received an email from DX claiming they'll deliver the following day. They didn't (we sat here until 6pm waiting, when we could have closed at 4pm). Tried chatting with Raja through online chat (total waste of time) - after waiting for over 12 mins with no response online, we called them. After a 9 minute call during which we were placed on hold whilst the operator allegedly called DX to find out where our delivery was, we were told it was going to be another 24 hours before we receive it. Absolutely amateur service, with no comms. As per usual with all these useless over funded companies, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - and always left to the customer to do the chasing!! NOT HAPPY.

Very bad service from Raja Pack, I never experience this match Traeshon to deal with customer service and the delivery arrangements. We have placed order on this 22nd October still we haven’t received the delivery or the refund back to us.. we have complained so many times to the sales office manager Rebecca, she always promise something she can’t keep it promised. Very unreliable company please avoid them. There are plenty more online companies they are much cheaper than Raja Pack.
Even if we call no answer at all.

The phone was answered by Beckie at Raja QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
She found what I wanted and the best options.
Order was placed and arrived the following working day.

These couriers are a joke! Dangerous drivers! One of your couriers nearly caused me to crash this morning by obstructing me from moving into another lane ignored my indicator, when I blasted my horn the idiot decided to slam on, bare im mind this was 3.30am! No other cars in other lanes, nor in front of him! This is being now reported to the police! These clowns need shutting down and taking off the road! I even stopped further up, had he of been big enough to stop- the driver would of been taking a ride in ambulance! Absolute idiot. ( im wording politely!)

Service from Raja has declined dramatically over the past year. Two months ago, we signed a stock holding agreement and waited patiently for our stock to arrive after multiple excuses. In the end, they sent us the completely wrong product.

When we reported the issue, they created a false story and gave us only one option, to pay significantly more for the exact product we had already signed for. They even admitted it was their fault, but did nothing to correct it.

This shows a complete lack of care about losing a long-standing customer. It is both shameful and deeply disappointing after so many years of working together. This incident has caused us serious problems and unnecessary stress, and as a result, we have decided to move to a more reliable supplier.

I had a bit of a mix up with my order, but the customer service team were great and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Product arrived the next day and was just what I needed

I wanted some smart boxes and these definitely fit the bill, just what I wanted and with a fast turnaround time

All good! I bought a bunch of padded envelopes and all went well! They arrived the next day and are good quality. Will definitely use again - thanks!

Quick and easy ordering process and delivered the next day. We found RAJA as our usual supplier was out of stock and we needed the items asap. We now use them all the time.
We send our product all over the world and the boxes are strong and sturdy and perfect for going through the postal systems

Excellent post-sales customer service A couple of items were damaged in transit, my email was answered almost immediately & products replaced with no fuss

I was promised a call back within 30min and did not receive a call for 2 days. Then called back and nothing had been noted down by that customer service representative. Very disappointing.

My order hadn't arrived after 5 days despite me paying for next day delivery. They made a mess of my order and not for the first time, now left unable to send my deliveries to very frustrated customers. This isn't the first time RAJA Packaging has made a mess of my order. Such a poor business to deal with. If you need anything quickly for you business, DO NOT USE RAJA Packaging
