I've order before, easy to order and they were quick to tell me that my order was delayed and offered a delivery only a week later..
I love the quality of the boxes too

It took three deliveries for everything to get here. The ends of the rolls of bubble wrap were pretty filthy.

No real communication after placing the order, I.e delivery has left etc. Also, no updates on outstanding balance of order. I called and was told the item arrived before Easter and would be with me soon. Two weeks on and still nothing. Prices good and product quality ok of what we have received so far.

Samples we requested and they were delivered quickly. Hope to do business with you soon

The right product if a little delayed delivery.

Paid next day delivery for bubble wrap, boxes and tape. Bubble wrap came next day boxes turned up the day after that and the tape never arrived. Won’t use them again

Great company, just had one small issue with some samples I ordered for next day delivery (which was offered and I I paid extra for) but didn't arrive next day (hence 4 stars & not 5).
Main order was delivered promptly.

Delivered on time and got 15% discount on second order.

Complete lack of respect. Had to wait over a week for my items to be dispatched without any communication. It is a common courtesy to inform customers if theres a delay so i can get other things in place. You might have 'warehouse issues' but we are all trying to run businesses, and when you can't be bothered to communicate, my business suffers. Do better.

Communication from this company is non existant, you have to chase them. No advisory emails to let you know about delivery, neither from them, nor the carrier. Promised delivery dates not kept to either. Would have been one star but the boxes are good quality for the price.
