Appreciated the helpfulness without pressure sales approach
I appreciated the helpfulness without pressure sales approach. Steve, the salesperson, greeted me at the door and helped me to find what I was looking for, and gave me the space to browse. He did not pressure me to purchase when I told him I needed to go home and determine whether the piece of furniture I was looking at would fit in the space I intended for it. I returned several days later and made the purchase of that piece, as well as another piece of furniture I wasn't particularly looking to purchase at this time.

She intuitively when to offer suggestions and when to give us the information we needed. No need to ask her for anything ... she was a mind reader.
