I can only attest to our sales person Kelly as our furniture has not arrived but our experience was very pleasant and she is both knowledgeable, professional and friendly

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience in store with Jean. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never pushed nor hovered. The store manager was also very nice when we asked to speak with him. We ended up making a tempurpedic purchase, and scheduled delivery for the following day. After the store experience, however, my relationship with raymour went super sour. I’m extremely pissed. The delivery company called and gave my boyfriend a window of 11-2. I got out of work at 4 and they still had not arrived nor called to say they were running late. My boyfriend had called the number and nobody answered. I called the store, and the delivery people could not be located.. and they finally called my boyfriend after I called the store TWICE because nobody had reached out to me. They said they would be there at 6:00. Remember, the delivery window had been 11-2. My boyfriend had WASTED his day waiting for a delivery that came four hours after the fact. On top of that, they didn’t have my freaking mattress protector. A $160 mattress protector that I need to have or the warranty is null & void. The guy said he would drop it off at our house within an hour.. we went out, came home, and still had no mattress protector delivered. Nobody even called the next day to apologize for the inconvenience nor to say they were delivering my mattress protector.. I had to call the store, and they had no idea. I want my money, my mattress protector, and something for my aggravation, and missing product. I raved about Raymour until now. What the actual f!? So extremely pissed!

I cannot believe how amazing this company has been! We bought the Platinum Protection, which I typically never do. We had a sectional couch and 4 years after purchase it was not holding up well. They sent someone to our house within 2 weeks and within 2 more weeks I had a new couch delivered to my home!!!! Everyone we came across was amazing, so easy to work with!!!

I will satisfy my visit to store store Clerk was very polite I was well as tend to make sure I got what I wanted and before she signed to make sure everything was correct and the delivery time is so good today I enjoy shopping at your store I would recommend Raymour Flanigan to anyone the best

Kelly Gedeon and Raymour and Flanigan get 5 stars for my recent purchase of a Berkeley sofa and chair. Kelly is an outstanding home furnishing consultant. She is warm, knowledgable, candid and low key. Plus, she has a great sense of humor. This is my second purchase in recent months. Of course the product quality is essential. And I think highly of the Berkeley set, which looks great and was on sale at a very competitive price.

Loved our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a particular size dresser for a section of our bedroom.

She ran around w her tape measurer to make sure we found the exact piece. Wonderful experience!

Very relaxed, enjoyable experience! Excellent selection, competitive prices and knowledgeable salespeople. Sajida Jaffery (Norwalk, CT) worked diligently with us during several visits without any pressure and went out of her way to make sure were completely satisfied with our final choices.

Saleswoman in store was very nice and helpful. Gave us plenty of time to decide and arranged for delivery in 3 days. No problems!

- I am a regular customer at R&F, and have found their products and customer service to be of very good quality. However, I was taken aback on a recent visit to their store in Norwalk (Connecticut Avenue).
- We were received by a sales representative (Thea Gurlides) who was less than polite, restless and generally uncooperative.
- She pushed us to make a purchase without offering sufficient time for us to examine alternatives.
- Besides, she kept pushing relentlessly about ancillary items (warranty, covers, pillows, etc) despite our clear indication that we are not interested in these items. I can understand the store/rep’s incentive to sell additional items but that should come at the cost of polite behavior and general courtesy.
- We felt rushed, and frankly cheated, for not being able to choose a product to our utmost satisfaction. Being pushed to buy additional items even as we were exiting the store just a very bad impression.
- Having shopped at R&F for several years, I am inclined to believe this was an outlier experience.

Stacy Watkins was excellent. From the moment he greeted us at the front door when we walked in and all the way through the sale process, he ensured we were happy and satisfied. After a very bad experience with Ashley Furniture where I shopped often in the past and the great experience I had in store with Stacy at the Valley Stream store, I am a R&F customer for life! Stacy ensured that my couch would fit in my space. He was so helpful, I ended up getting additional furniture that I initially didn't even go into the store and plan on purchasing. Great work Stacy and I look forward to bringing my future-furniture-purchasing friends and family to you!

Would have been a 5 Except that We were surprised by the $100 delivery fee which was never mentioned until late in the transaction
