Beat the online price!
I had been looking for a week online for a specific coffee table. The shipping cost was too much so I called Garrett at Raymore & Flanagan & he quickly found the table, walked me through the special order and made the shipping and delivery very affordable. We've bought very well made furniture here before & we're so glad we reached out for this table.

The Platinum Protection plan is amazing
We bought a couch and love seat a little over 2 years ago. We also bought the platinum protection plan. The furniture has not held up well as the recliners don't work correctly and the zippers on the cushions are ripping. I scheduled service to have them repaired. The technician, Jason, was so nice. He said that he would submit a report and that they would reach out to me to schedule a repair or let me know if we could get something else. About 30 minutes after he left a lady called and said that they were going to give us a store credit for the full amount we paid and we could get the same set, or pick something else! I was amazed. We went today and picked a new sectional couch. I don't typically buy warranties like that because I don't usually feel they are worth it. I am very happy I bought that one. Raymour and Flanigan has far exceeded my expectations. I will be buying the protection plan going forward. Thank You Raymour and Flanigan! You have a customer for life.

Great experience
I loved that I got to go in and look around without a salesperson constantly over my shoulder. The gentleman who helped us greeted us and let us look around and checking on us if we had any questions.
It was a great shopping experience and we ended up buying what we went in there for and are salesperson was great.
I would definitely shop there again

So 4 years ago we bought a bedroom set from Central Avenue store. 3 days ago in the middle of the night, the bed broke while we were in our deep sleep. We called in and explained and was told we had purchased the platinum protection which insures our furniture for 5 years. We were told to upload photos and someone would get back to us. 3 days later, no one got back to us. We went to the store and with the help of the store manager, we were able to speak to the office that sets up delivery. The person I spoke to says her name is Recio who didn’t offer an apology about our inconvenience of not having a bed to sleep on!!! Additionally, she threatened to hang up the phone on me and told me she can’t schedule the delivery until I pay a $162 delivery fee. I have to say that Patricia, the store manager and the customer service rep in the store were compassionate and apologetic but Recio was dismissive, disrespectful and rude!!! And we are still without a bed and will have to spend the next few days without one!!! How is this ok? How do we even know if this new bed is any good? How do we know it won’t break down in 4 years again? One thing I know for sure is…this is my very last time spending my money with Raymour and Flanagan!!!

Would definitely recommend a visit!
The saleswoman was very friendly, no one was pushy which was great! We were able to find a two piece sectional set for half off because it was a floor model. The pieces are in excellent condition. Delivery set up was inexpensive and a breeze!
