Great experience!
Our visit was painless! The salesman Jim, showed us many options in recliners. We found exactly what we wanted in a new chairs. It is fabulous that we can get them so quickly and at our convenience. Jim was efficient, friendly and in no way pushy. He got us a great price and checking out of the store took minutes. Thank you Jim for making this a quick easy purchase!

Jamie was helpful from start to finish
Jamie was helpful from start to finish. She guided me to area where pieces I wanted to look at were in the store. She did not hover, but was there when I wanted to help. She guided me through the purchase process and explained everything. I stopped at the store on a whim while doing other errands and ended up buying a whole roomful of furniture.

Great experience
Jamie Mest was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I did not feel pressured at all. I am hoping that she was given her commission as she was the one who helped me in store. I did add her name to my online purchase when it asked for a sales associate.
