Manager was great with our issue and…
Manager was great with our issue and helping explain everything about our Platinum Plan and how it effected our warranty on the new piece of furniture we purchased. The original sales person on our first purchase should have told us that that manufacturer did not warranty pilling of the fabric or that our Platinum Plan we purchased would not cover the replacement piece.

Great place to do business good people
Usually, we go through Laurrie, but Tony was there and took such great care of us. He pushed my wife around on her wheelchair got us a great deal. He was easy to work with totally love coming up to Raymour and Flanigan and dealing with you guys.

Great visit at Quakertown R&F.
We came with a list of several items we were considering. We worked with Jamie (sales) in the past and were impressed with her knowledge of all furnishings and we were not disappointed with Jamie on our recent visit. Extremely helpful and easy going personality. She spent a generous amount of time guiding us along all our purchases.

So nice to go online and check out items of interest 24/7. When I was ready to look at dining room set in person (visual) then I went in to Quakertown showroom. I waited a few days after seeing in person and ordered online.
