Fantastic service from this lovely family jewellers. I was recommended to this jewellers by my sister and nephew, who had previously purchased a couple of rolex watches and was extremely satisfied with the professional service. I was looking for a rolex ladies watch for my daughters 21st birthday and the owner and assistant were so helpful and very genuine with no pressure selling whatsoever. Thank you for your help and experience with making this special purchase

We are at Southport for my 65th birthday traveled down from Southwest Scotland. We visited the shop on Saturday in which my wife purchased diamond earrings and a gold ring. The service we received was exceptional and the choices were amazing we really can’t say enough about this beautiful jewellers. On Monday we returned and bought matching pair Rolex Gold Watches and another gold ruby ring for my wife. We had a massive wake up call last July when my beautiful wife of 40 years was rushed to Royal Edinburgh hospital for emergency life saving brain surgery her neurologist called her his walking miracle. So we decided to make these purchases because if you want something just follow your heart because one day it will be to late. Pauline and I would like to thank the staff for making our experience feel fantastic and without a shadow of doubt we will return and I would 110% recommend this lovely little shop to everyone thanks again good luck in the future

They were very helpful, friendly and the shop was a delight.

My mum introduced me to Rebecca’s as she had always shopped there when looking for jewellery & now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If any of my friends get engaged or want a quality diamond or piece of jewellery at a great price I always recommend Rebecca’s ….I can’t actually believe people still go to high street jewellers where you would spend way more money and the size and quality of diamond 💎 will be smaller ! The store is well worth a visit and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable.

After lots of research and for my birthday my husband took me for new engagement and wedding rings. We found the staff at Rebecca’s very informative and the lady that dealt with us was very friendly and had the ability to put me at ease. After listening to us she brought a number off rings to look at and also one my husband had seen on line. We chose what we wanted (beautiful rings) reasonable price and they fixed my old wedding ring free of charge.
I would recommend this jewellers to everyone and will be going back myself. Thanks to all concerned

We travelled to Rebecca's specifically to buy a ladies rolex watch after doing a lot of research on line. They have a wide choice and are knowledgable and helpful. The condition of the watch we eventually chose was excellent and we paid a good price.

Rob does give excellent service with a smile. Very good choice of products. I went in to buy a birthday gift for my sister, which I did, and also came out with a Rolex for myself. I can highly recommend Rebecca's fair prices for quality products.

The staff are brilliant in this shop, very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more accommodating. I chose a ring for the diamond clarity and had it set into white gold at no extra charge. Absolutely made up with the quality of the ring at a brilliant price. Would highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, nothing is too much trouble and staff always remember me when I return.

I bought my wife a ladies Rolex Datejust for her birthday. Excellent Service. Had a slight hiccup with the order when it arrived but was rectified very quickly and professionally (I was dealing with Rob & Adrian who were both very helpful). Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Would highly recommend this jewellers! Absolutely made up with my dream engagement ring at a fraction of the price! I had literally seen a solitaire for nearly double the price for 0.3ct less diamond!! The guys here made the ring I described really quickly because I didn’t like any in the shop! This is the real deal!! Internet prices but you go in and pick your own diamond!
Adrian couldn’t have been more accommodating and more helpful if he tried! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewellery!

We have been visiting Rebecca’s for years, purchased a beautiful Marquis Diamond Halo Ring earlier this year. Been back today for a diamond wedding ring for my silver wedding, absolutely delighted it’s perfect with my ring. Thank you for your excellent polite service.

Today I was taken care of by Rob when looking for my first ever Rolex. Rob was very patient with me looking at a few designs trying to find the perfect one for me, we spoke in depth about the watches and also spoke about day to day life as he was so easy to speak to! In the end I found my watch, had a full tutorial on how to work the dials and the maintenance of the watch in general. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and a quality gorgeous product to walk away with. I would highly recommend Rebecca’s including the amazing staff.
