Great service, led by Chloe who was very responsive and helpful. The service provided was great too, pleased with what we paid for. Highly recommend.

Old fashioned sports day
Our old fashioned sports day teambuilding went really well. I didn't realise it would be outside - so a good thing the weather held, and I guess a bit more communication beforehand might have been nice, but Carlo, our host did a good job and we were pleased.

I haven't been able to find the original booking to check on the communication as I don't beleive you were the original bookee, however I can confirm we do always make it clear on our website that our Sports Day events are 90% outdoor, all images and videos certainly reflect this, and we do mention pitches in our booking info rather than Sports Hall etc. it is our most popular outdoor event :)

Our instructor arrived on time and got set up and ready for us.

Poor value for money
Unfortunately for the amount we paid for the nerf gun party, I was disappointed. We arrived on time, 15 minutes early as instructed, to find no-one no site with no preparation done. The one party entertainer for the 20 children was grumpy with the children who were all 8. I found him a poor communicator with poor people skills. No one collected the PDF waiver forms that we were asked to collect from the children

Hen party sports day
We loved my hen party sports day. Great communication throughout from Chloe and the day itself far exceeded our expectations. Our referee, Lily, was lovely and all players had a brilliant time. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to book a group events

'Old Sports Day Event' was great!
We used Red Cactus for an 'Old Sports Day' event at our recent summer party, and we were really impressed with how organised they were and how they managed to rally some teams together. Sadly, we didnt get to play disco dodgeball as we didnt really have the best space for it, but i think the sports day activities tired everyone out enough as it was. Would def use these guys again.

We attended the VIP Cocktail Making…
We attended the VIP Cocktail Making Masterclass at TGI Fridays to celebrate my wife's birthday and I can honestly say it was amazing from start to finish. Adam and "Spider" from TGI Norwich were superb and a real credit to the company. We loved it so much we returned the next night for a meal and will certainly return again with friends. Thank you

Great fun for competitive adults
Our host Gareth was brilliant - friendly, good fun and well organised. I opted for the Old School Sports Day for my husbands 40th and had the event in our garden. Really made our evening a laugh - would recommend.

Great night out well prepared and friendly communication. Venue cancelled our night but staff at Red Cactus got us into another venue. Was a little worried wouldn’t be as good but it turned out great.

We loved the old school sports day
We loved the old school sports day, it was run really well but relaxed and good fun. Unfortunately they had the wrong pump for the space hopper so we couldn’t do that one activity. Aside from that it was amazing

booked old school sports day.
arrived at the venue on time, host wasn't there. when they did arrive they didn't have the trophy's / medals, unware they were an extra purchase ( lack of internal communication) had to call the office myself to resolve. The sports equipment very shabby and broken not all bags had a full kit, for the price would of expected better quality. The venue though was amazing, and the staff there were extremely helpful, the buffet they provided was great too.

I am sorry to hear of the confusion with the medals and trophies, this was discussed with both the venue and the head coordinator before having them sent to the venue, so it is frustrating to hear the event coordiantor hadn't had the same message.
We shall certainly insure to run an inspection on the event coordinators kit bags as this all should have been in full working order!

Hen do Sports day.
We used the old school sports day for a hen do this weekend and it was amazing. Gareth the organiser did a fantastic job! The activities were great and were right up our street. We were a group of girls that are quite sporty, and Gareth really encouraged the competition between the teams. It was overall really well organised and I would definitely recommend to others! It was a fun, and different activity to do on a hen do!

Event co-ordinator didn’t know how to play
We recently booked a sports team event for an away day of Turbo-10 cricket. The company were responsive and prompt and everything looked to be going well. My only complaint is the official managing our match had no idea how to play the game so wasn’t much use. As we’re very competitive, a loose interpretation of the rules was very frustrating.
