Staff are rude and unhelpful. I booked a life drawing class for February and put a £50 deposit down. One day after paying the deposit I had to cancel the drawing as some members of the team felt uncomfortable about nude drawing (crazy right!). So the company would not refund me (OK fair enough), I was able to use the deposit for another event (great), they said that pole dancing lessons could be done, they then failed to book the pole dancing and strung me along for 4 weeks. Every time I spoke to the company I was told there were no updates. It is a very frustrating company to deal with.

Arrived only to find out they had booked the people they contract the work to for the wrong weekend. The contractors were lovely and kindly offered to stay an extra half an hour to allow us to partially participate in another event, after the event before us had finished. However it was not the event that we had booked and most of our group either could not participate at all or had to sit out for various lengths of time as the activity was a lot more physically demanding than the one we had booked. I have emailed asking for a refund as I cannot see another fair outcome for a mistake that they have made - I have been told I am only entitled to a 30% refund which is completely unacceptable.

Archery tag for a stag do in Glasgow. Well explained, decent equipment and good fun so all worked well.

Sea sickness tablets offered prior to departure. Charming host onboard. No stone left unturned. We had such a laugh.

The lead person on our booking has been trying to contact the company to sort out the problems, but they seem to be ignoring her, I do not recommend this company, do not go by the pictures you see as it is nothing like that, far from it, We booked a life drawing event, after speaking to someone at red cactus 3 times to make sure they could accommodate the fact it would be a gay stag, we were told each time that would be fine, so booked a strip tease and life drawing session.
On arrival in our very small room, (we had to slide tables to be able to get in or out) when the organisers found out it was stag they made it very clear they were not happy with the situation, made all 10 of us (mixture male and female and family and friends) feel quite uncomfortable, on the tables were some A3 sketch pads (children’s) a very small ball of blue tac to be used as a rubber and a small piece of charcoal, the room had no atmosphere, the music that they played kept stopping, the room was so small the model had to stand on a soft chair so he could be seen (no strip tease as he was not comfortable doing this with a male )the company advertised games but we had none. At the end of the session it felt rushed a bottle was put on the table in front of the stag with the words “that’s for you,” I’m sure if he could’ve slid it along the table he would’ve, not a very comfortable atmosphere.

The two staff that attended were on time, very flexible with their approach (it was an incredibly hot day) and very patient. They were also extremely approachable and polite and made all our guests young and old very welcome.

Those that took part had a really fun time.

We had a fab time on our Old School sports day, the games went well and everyone enjoyed them even though it rained a bit no one was complaining. The organiser encouraged competitiveness between teams which spurred us all on. The only thing was the price as we also did not have the original amount of people we thought we would have and although I didnt ask for a refund they didnt offer it either. But I would use them again. Thank you!

Our ABBA themed dance class for 17 people was superb. Our instructor Ely was brilliant and ensured that we all had an amazing time. It was great fun, entertaining and extremely well organised. A fantastic time.

Event was good but a little unorganised when we arrived. Instructor was a little late and wanted to finish the session early as well.

Two people couldn't take part due to an injury and another unwell.

Tried to get a refund just for the two people that could not play. Quite a snippy email sent in return when asked quite nicely. Not even an offer of a partial refund as a gesture of good will.

We definitely won't be booking another event as there are so many other companies out there who are more friendly and approachable.

Great event! Well organised and fab hosts - lots of games, a lot of fun and high energy which was exactly what the hen party was after so thankyou!
