Liam was a fantastic host, all of the participants of the two events we played had nothing but nice things to say about 1 the activity and how it was managed and 2 how he engaged will everyone of all ages to ensure we all had a fantastic few hours. Massive thank you from me and my fello best man

The team from Red Cactus ran The Office Games with my team recently. It was fantastic, a great time was had by all and lots of memories were created. I highly recommend Red Cactus events!

The communication wasn't great, no-one really knew we were coming. The drinks package wasn't given as purchased. The £800 for the booths/package wasn't worth the money. Very disappointed. The staff member helping us did his bet, but sadly poor service and a bit of a let down ...
Will not be paying this again and wouldn't recommend booking package

We had a great time with our host Cindy - she was professional but fun and made the Old School Sports Day very enjoyable for the hen and the rest of the group. We all felt comfortable doing the activities and had a lot of fun.
I do have to mark them down by one star purely because I explicitly asked several times to have it at a venue where we were able to have it inside. We were incredibly lucky that we had almost 20 degrees in November but could have been a totally different story if it had been raining - especially as I assured all the attendees they didn’t need coats as we’d be inside! Very lucky on the day but please let groups know if having us inside is physically not possible as I did specify and re-clarify this a few times.

Booked this for a stag party in November and we had an excellent time! Took a lot of energy out of us but was insanely fun - the guys all said it was an absolute highlight of the weekend. Thanks to Keir for running everything and keeping us all in line. Looking forward to bringing more parties back in the future!

The location was easy to find and the instructor Alex was really fun and knew we were hungover so catered the games to make sure we had fun and didn’t throw up in the zorbes. Would definitely do again

The presenters, John and Matt, were fantastic. They made the whole event enjoyable and everyone felt welcome and included. When we realised the room was slightly smaller than anticipated they calmly adapted what games they could put out which, as the organiser, helped reduce my stress levels. I'd thoroughly recommend Pub Olympics for team building events and John and Matt in particular.

We hired RCE for a major student welcome event held by our department within the University of Birmingham (their "Crystal Challenge" event). Not only did the team adjust to the English language levels of our students and remained conscious of this throughout (our department specialises in helping with and preparing non-native English-learning students for UK higher education), but they were fun, witty, and passionate about what they do! The communication from their team was top notice and they were able to adjust when there were issues with numbers due to student arrival dates. As for the event itself, the reviews from both staff and students were phenomenal! We all had an absolutely AWESOME time! Thank you so much for making the first major event for our students a blast and for helping them to form friendships that are still going strong to this day! We HIGHLY recommend RCE (this will be posted to Google Reviews, as well)!

We booked the cocktail masterclass for my sisters hen do, we had so much fun, was amazing! Would highly recommend, great value for money, got at least 5 cocktails each.

Everything was so seamless and easy to arrange. Red Cactus contacted me prior to our event which gave me reassurance that everything was in hand. The activity was great fun! and the food was gorgeous. Thanks :)

We were a hen party of 10 staying for the weekend locally and wanted an activity to break up the weekend and give us a rest from drinking.

We did the old school sports day with Mark who was absolutely fantastic, really brought the banter and managed to lift a very hungover group! None stop laughing the entire time, we had opted to do fancy dress which also made everything ten times funnier!

Activities were suitable for all abilities and mark made sure to give us little breaks to take photos, recover from hysterical laughing and he even wore one of our wigs for the whole session, he was our adopted hen for the sports day! Such a good time and would recommend to any group looking for a fab laugh!

We took part in an old school sports day as a team day, it was great fun, people were able to take part in activities to suit their abilities. Our leader made it a fun activity

Excellent day with the Red Cactus events team, who helped make our summer social a success for 90 attendees. The event hosts were friendly, encouraged the group and were flexible with how the day went and had some great gameplay ideas.

Old school sports day was a great way of bringing people together across the department, getting people to mingle and releasing their inner child - a lot of fun was had and would definitely recommend it.

Great class! Leader was great, informed me they were running late. A bit frustrating the venue isn’t confirmed until near the date as would have helped for longer term planning. Overall a good experience though.

We were very disappointed that our event started 1 hour later than expected. We had confirmed the time of our booking multiple times over the past couple of months. You can imagine our frustration when 60 members of our company arrived at 3:45pm (as instructed) and were greeted with 2 empty Astro pitches. Our hosts Micky and Simone arrived at 4:45pm, but still then had to set up the sports day equipment. They told us that they had a previous event in Blackpool, the start time of which had been incorrectly relayed to them – giving them not enough time to get to our event based in Manchester. Once the event had eventually begun, we had a great time.

However, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable for the price we paid for our event. We paid for a 2 hour event to be run by your company – yet it fell upon myself to keep everyone entertained for ~1hr before the sports day hosts arrived, and our sports day event was cut short because it started at ~5pm but we had a booking at another venue to get to for 6:30pm.

Requested a refund.

Great staff and experience on the day, the team at red cactus were also fantastic when looking to arrange/modify the booking.

Excellent day with Paul who really encouraged the group and was super friendly!
Really good way of getting everyone working together and we all had a great day. Lots of laughs!
Would highly recommend for a fun day out with a group

we had a team building day and red cactus organised everything for as the sports day person was amazing . We will sure visit them again :) i highly recommend them
