I think you could charge a bit cheaper to go in, I am have already paid £10 to enter, it used to be who ever got through 2 free guests, then one free guest now £10 .

Quality darts and easy to select darts for beginners which is what we wanted. We had trouble with one of the darts in applying the flight and this was sorted out promptly with good advice.

Cancelling orders
In this day and age you should be able to cancel an order that hasn't yet been parceled for delivery automatically, without having to speak to an advisor.
Also no point having a chat service if your advisors don't work weekends.

I was dissapointed that it wasn’t…
I was dissapointed that it wasn’t clearly labelled anywhere that my 25% trade in voucher could only be used on a single set of darts! The trade in went smoothly, but the delivery of my darts did take a while. I was just very very dissapointed that there was no labelling saying this discount could be used on only 1 set of darts, I only got this detail when the trade in email was shared with him upon delivery to red dragon
