Great service from Emma and the team. The whole process was smooth and helped to make moving as first time buyers very easy. Very glad that we chose to use Red Kite and and couldn't of asked for a nicer team to help us in purchasing our first home. I have Harris Arnold solicitors for years, as have my family. I have always had a positive experience with them and have always dealt with Ian Jones.
The reception staff, finance team and Ian have always been a pleasure to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble for them.
I have also found their prices to be very competitive when it comes to property sales and purchases, will writing and any other legal matters.
I will always use this company for property purchases and sales and any other legal matters should any arise in the future, as even thought they have now merged with Red Kite, I know I will receive the same great service.

I have to say the experience was overall good: efficient, but, importantly for people who are going to be spending a lot of money on conveyancing, also very friendly. Melanie was personable and helpful and dealt with the church (which is not easy) very well - we would use Red Kite again because they are the best value for money/ expertise/ professionalism in the Carmarthenshire area
