Genuine and exactly what I ordered

Order arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. I've been ordering Christmas gifts from Regent and they always arrive here in Florida safely and on time.

Arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Royal mail however, delivered this a day late, no fault of Regents Gift as they had clearly paid for the 48hr service. Will definitely buy from here again.

These guys really do go above and beyond! Helped me out of a real muddle when needing a gift in double quick time. Despite orders flooding in and being down on staff, they took photos of the exact item I would receive to ensure I was happy with the colour, set the item aside and ensured their Warehouse staff knew to send me that specific item, then provided very fast dispatch, and it was received a day before my deadline day.
I can't praise them highly enough - a really refreshingly organised Company to deal with, thank you!

I bought a Christmas gift for my friend...unfortunately the wrong colour item was sent. I called the supplier regarding this error...who was very polite and asked me if it would be ok to send me an e-mail with regards sorting this matter out in a couple of days as it's a very busy time of year. I agreed to this as I can appreciate it's an extremely busy period. Regrettably it's been more than several days now and I still have the incorrect item...no email of apology or offer of replacement or refund for the incorre ct item being sent...and most importantly no gift for my friend for Christmas...I gave two stars..as the iten sent though incorrect is of good quality and arrived promptly, it's just a shame it's no good to me.
