Azienda poco professionale, assolutamente incapace di comprendere il cliente. Ovviamente non tutte le agenzie saranno inefficienti perché le qualità dipendono dalle persone.

Our experience with Rohan Banning left us disappointed and concerned about the transparency of the process. He called to say the seller had accepted our offer, and we signed the contract the next day. Later that evening, he informed us there were other offers being considered. This was confusing and felt misleading - when you're told your offer is accepted, it's reasonable to expect you're the buyer the seller is proceeding with. Instead, we felt like our offer may have been used to prompt a higher bid. The communication lacked clarity, and we wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending Rohan based on this experience.

I had one good customer service employee at the start, but afterwards they just became rude and tried to tell me what my ideal home would be.

Very bad and impolite tel marketing, keep asking you to sell your home. Will report to ReMax head office

Max Mountford was very helpful, had excellent knowledge and very welcoming. Answered all my questions.

Do NOT use Remax of Swift Current Sask. Unprofessional liars and agents that under mine interested parties in property. I will take this complaint to the highest level. DO NOT USE

La maleducazione dimostrata e la poca professionalità non hanno paragone!
L'arroganza, la superiorità con cui trattano i clienti è qualcosa che sfora ed oltrepassa la maleducazione ed il senso civico!
Ciliegina sulla torta è aver sbattuto in faccia con violenza la porta, mentre uscivo dall'agenzia!
Dopo ripetuti orrori, dopo aver più volte svolto il loro lavoro, ci siamo ritrovati ad avere un tale trattamento!!
Da segnalare ad ogni agenzia...
Io sono rammaricata e sconvolta da tanto degrado!
Spero che qualche responsabile prenda provvedimenti...a disposizione nel caso, per chiarimenti e prove di quanto detto!

Non affidate i vostri immobili a gente incompetente, mi dispiace dirlo ma non si lavora in questo modo.
Arroganza ed incompetenza fuori dal comune.
Esperienza sgradevole, state alla larga da Alessandra ed Elena.

Planto cara judicialmente a REMAX CITY por robarme 3.000 euros
Quiero denunciar públicamente a Inmobiliaria REMAX CITY de Reus,Barcelona.

REMAX utiliza a supuestos profesionales para intermediar entre comprador y vendedor de inmuebles. Digo esto porque una tal señorita Marta, que utiliza Facebook y otras redes para venderse como una excelente profesional, se vale de opiniones dudosamente verdaderas
de "clientes que le han comprado algún inmueble", y atribuirse así una buena reputación como comercial. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Esta mujer me engañó desde el primer momento para que dejara una paga y señal de 3.000 euros al enseñarme una vivienda en Cambrils. Una vez le hice la transferencia, nos vimos una semana después para enseñarle la casa a mi familia, y solo entonces me informó de todos los inconvenientes que tenía la casa, los cuales omitió cuando me la enseñó, sin embargo no tuvo escrúpulos para sacarme 3.000 euros y redactar un documento a mano, mal redactado, y con tachones.
REMAX ha actuado así muchas veces, las malas opiniones vertidas en Internet de personas que les ha pasado cosas parecidas, lo atestiguan.
Por la irregularidades que cometieron, les denuncié judicialmente. La próxima semana nos veremos las caras en el juzgado, ya que nunca se dignaron a atender mis llamadas, ni contestar a mi burofax. Se escondieron como hacen los delincuentes y estafadores.
Mos veremos ante un juez, se hará justicia, y REMAX tendrá otra mancha que añadir a su pésima reputación.
Os lo merecéis por engañar como trileros.

Terrible communication/ extremely rude
Called up to enquire about a property listing and asked my budget - wouldn't give any information and kept saying its not for me
I had pre approval and wanted to purchase together with another investor, wouldn't even let me talk
Felt sorry for the vendor when agent pushes away potential buyers

We rang to request a viewing of a property for sale on a Wednesday, but instead got through to someone in the rental department.

We were told all their sales staff were busy so someone from the rental side answered, took our details and said someone would call us back that afternoon.

They didn’t.

We rang through to sales on Thursday afternoon, but again got through to rentals, who explained they’d only had one person on the sales side on Wednesday, and she likely hadn’t had time to return all her calls yet.

They then said nobody from sales was in the office at all on Thursday, so said someone would call us back on Friday.

They didn’t.

We then waited a few more days to ponder our options, only to find the property we wanted to view had been removed from the market.

They didn’t even have the courtesy to call us to let us know.

Pretty appalled by the customer service – how on earth you hope to sell houses when you don’t staff the sales office each day, and don’t return calls to people requesting viewings, is utterly beyond me.

We’re at least relieved we avoided using them when it came to selling our own house.

Brilliant service, Duncan Laing showed us around our new home that we’re now just about ready for completion! Duncan was exceptionally helpful bearing with us while we had a burst tyre on the day of our viewing and even offered us a towel to dry ourselves with as we got caught in unbelievable rain. Very friendly, honest, bubbly and chatty agent. In fact, the best agent we have come across on our house buying journey.

Not great, after initial contacting to rent a property, they sent a WhatsApp stating they called me , which they didn’t ! Then corresponded through WhatsApp, then said I could afford to rent, even though I would pass all checks … I feel sorry for the person trying to rent their property, I will maybe knock their door and let them know

My child and I attended a viewing for a property on Oriel road in Tranmere.
This was arranged with Peter Burge.

He texted on the day, a few hours before the appointment to confirm attendance and I replied, he did not make it clear that it was to be a group viewing.
We arrived early and there was a couple with a baby already waiting outside, but no letting signs. They were also confused as to why no one was at the property, so I gave Peter a text at 2.35pm to make sure we had the right address.
He replied with a curt response that the viewing wasn't until 2.45pm and that it was 2.25pm - it wasn't, it was 2.35pm.

He pulled into the street and got out of a white BMW and walked up to the property a few minutes after 2.45pm, very casually dressed, and with his head down on his phone. He glanced up to announce that he should have been there earlier to set up, but we can look around and to ask if we had any questions, opened the door, and had no further interaction with us.

The house was in considerable disrepair, with collapsed in cupboards by the bathroom, broken doors, stained wallpaper and floors, and an unkept rear yard.
The street smelled very strongly of cannabis, which tracks, as the taxi driver that dropped us off said that we seemed lovely and wanted to warn us that there are a lot of drug dealers, fights and police call outs on the road, and he wanted us to know that is wasn't a nice area.

As we were leaving Peter was being very rude and aggressive to other people waiting to enter the property, a small snippet of this was caught on a video I was taking, where he was telling people they couldn't come in; when they were also confused, because of not knowing it was an open viewing.
We let Peter know that the property wasn't suitable for us, but we'd wanted to make a connection and a good impression. He said that most of the properties with the agency were in Liverpool, which we told him isn't suitable for us.

When asked for a review via email, I gave an honest one.
I received a very unprofessional and disrespectful email from Peter in response this afternoon, saying that he wasn't late and recommending that I buy myself a watch.

A quick search for Re/Max on Trustpilot has brought up lots of negative reviews, many about this particular member of staff, many of which were complaining that he was late, or didn't show up at all and didn't reply to messages from people waiting for him at the properties.

We will avoid this letting agency at all costs, take our money elsewhere, and advise that others do the same, due to the state of the property we saw, but mostly due to the unprofessional, antagonistic, sleazy behaviour from Peter Burge.

Beware of leasing from Rustina Gibson. My brother and sister died in their home they rented from her. Within a week she calls the family and says we can not go in the house to retrieve their personal items some of which were need to get the bodies released. She was rude, mean, and outright disrespectful. This woman showed no sign of empathy at all!!

We went to look at a property listed with Dylan McLeod in April. We met the seller and he was very honest and knowledgeable about the history of the property. We put in an almost full offer immediately. Dylan never sent our offer to the seller because I believe he stood to make money on the other, lower offer currently under consideration. I later found out from the seller that this other offer was the exact same amount Dylan told him that he would get out of the home. We reached out to the seller to ask if he received our offer the next day. He had not. He then called Dylan and got the run-around. Finally, our offer was put through and accepted. The seller had health issues and told Dylan several times that he would need 30 days after closing to pay for movers and get his stuff out. Dylan never put that in the contract. We never discussed it with the seller and assumed he knew that he had to be out. Dylan never even showed up to the closing to assist the seller or had much contact with him after listing the property. Thank God I purchased the property because the investor who I believe was giving Dylan a kickback for the lower offer would have most likely kicked the seller out, keeping all of his personal property. I think this is criminal and have contacted the state real estate commission. Please, if you are reading this, do not do business with Remax or Dylan. We have to stand up for American values and stop letting companies get away with saying each office is independently owned and operated. Remax is as much to blame as Dylan in my eyes. Dylan made $12,600 in commission on this deal. If that is as aggravating to you as it is to me, please stand with me and do not use Remax or Dylan. I am stuck paying the mortgage until the seller vacates the property and Dylan will not return my calls.

Excellent service from start to finish. I sold my property via the Dovercourt office and Mel could not have been more helpful. She knows the area well and provided good advice throughout the transaction. The conveyance itself was a nightmare due to the poor service provided by my conveyancer, but Mel was brilliant and really worked hard to chase this on my behalf. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area who is looking to buy or sell a property.

Requested a viewing on a property listed in Southport. Had an email from a Peter Burge asking if I could do 5pm on 23/05/24. I emailed back confirming 5pm is perfect. I finished work early and arrived on the road where the property was and tried to call them for the exact address as there was no let sign up. Only for them not to answer but to receive a text stating ‘please just leave a message!!’ I responded saying I have left a message and also emailed for the correct address so as not to be late. They responded to say I wasn’t booked in for a viewing they never confirmed anything and that all viewings are now cancelled until 30/05/24. The text messages received for this company were appalling to say the least it’s was put across to us that it was our fault we had turned up no liability on them so to speak. Stay clear of this letting agency they do not turn up to viewings and are down right rude
