I ordered an item - it took about two weeks to arrive - when I opened the package , I noticed that they sent me the wrong item. I immediately contacted them via email as there is no phone number . They started sending me emails offering me 15% then 25% and then 40% off and to keep the item . I kept replying that no, I didn’t want to keep the item . So then, I get an email saying I can return it but I have to pay for shipping back to China ! What?! They send me the wrong item that I don’t want and I have to pay to send it back ?! That seems like fraud/and or theft - I could understand if it was something that I didn’t like and wanted to return it , but I didn’t get what I paid for . They should not be operating in the US - I am going to pursue it further if they don’t send me a prepaid mailing label and/ or give me a full refund . Buyer Beware!

Very, very very poor quality

This company is a sham. I ordered a sweater, but received something not even remotely close to a sweater. I requested a return, but they require you pay shipping to China. Buyer beware!!!! Do not order from this company!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The “sweater” they sold me was just a cheap sweatshirt when it arrived. And even worse is they refuse to let me return it. They offered me a 20 percent discount on the order if I keep it and not return it. When I said no, they stopped replying to me at all. Clearly a scam. Beware!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered a dress. It's arrived weeks and weeks later and it's cheap rubbish. Think it cost about £35.
Worth £3.50, cheap ' chinese' dress, admit my bad , but if I can save someone else the trouble ...
Do not buy, doubt if the company is anything to go with London, rip off of another name . Hugely disappointed.

Absolutly terrible quality.says faux suede. Its just cheap shiny material nothing like the picture .cost 40.00 rubbish would of got better on shien° offers nxt day delivery took 3 weeks .cant return no idea how to and no response to emails 😕 con

Horrible customer service. Horrible quality of clothing fabric. Horrible return policy. Just all Horrible, company should be shutdown immediately.

I ordered a dress. Received the dress and it was cheap! Very thin material. Trying to return the item.

What a scam lost €39 ..never use them

I had placed an order with Renaly last year in May2019 & still not received the product nor the refund.
The following is my follow up with them but to no avail!!! I’m extremely disappointed & feel cheated!!!

I would appreciate it if u could follow up on the order & let me know the status of it. Is there a customer care number I could call? If u aren’t delivering the product, I expect a refund for the same. I still haven’t got a reply to my last email

I made an order on the 4th of January I still haven't received it I've emailed them several times with no response SCAMMERS dont order from them

SCAMMERS!!!!!! 1 star is too good for these fraudsters. I placed my order May 2019 and have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund. My order has been in transit for 9 months. I will not stop until i get a FULL REFUND. I saw their ad on Instagram. scammers!!!!!!

I placed my order late June and still nothing. They said it was shipped a week after I placed the order and still haven't gotten it. It's a totally scam not even a number to contact them

I placed an order back in july (5 months ago)& never received it. The company has refused my refund putting blame on the logistics company (that they chose) to me that’s their problem and my money should be refunded! This is robbery!! I paid them for a product & never received product. That’s not how business works!!
Update: it is now January placed order 6 months ago. Never received order never received refund and now the company has completely stopped corresponding to my emails. This company STOLE from me! I have asked for my money back repeatedly and nothing. Couldn’t even supply a tracking number!!

I only give one star because there’s no ZERO star as an option!! These people are SCAMMERS!! Real THIEVES!! I ordered the cross flex as well about 4 months ago and still haven’t received my item!! Ridiculous... I wrote them an email 3 times, but each time would get the same darn answer that I would get it soon or that shipping is being delayed, but is in transit, bla, bla, bla!! Still nothing!! Can’t believe I wasted my time and money on their products!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THEY ARE!!!
