I have order an item a 10 days ago, when I ordered an item it was said item will be delivered in 10 days. I did not receive anything, not even tracking number, however shop successfully charged me. Now I do not even know how to get my money back or request for refund. Because support never respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! This is Fraud!

I ordered my tummy shaper on 31st October 2018 and two days ago sent an email asking where it is? Reading the comments below I wish I had come here first to check reviews . So stupid! Don’t buy from them! Three weeks on and still no show of the goods!🤬🤬🤬😡

I purchased an item 3 months ago and have not received. I have sent numerous emails with no response, until recently where it was confirmed my order would be processed. Here I am 1 month later and still no item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE - you will not receive your item - go elsewhere and not line the pockets of these cowboys!
I am just repeating what everyone else is saying basically, pity i didn't read the reviews before hand but hopefully we'll save someone else from lining the pockets of these idiots!

I ordered a phone case in December , never received it. I tried contacting Renaly 3 times, without success!! I asked them to give me my money back, no one ever answered! DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!

DO NOT order from this website!!! It took four emails and over a month later to get my purchase! The box came and it smushed and damaged. There is no customer service. You have to email them and you get 0 response. Never ever order from them. This is a terrible website and definitely a scam!

Renaly are a spam site. Their Facebook page shows no one who has ordered from them has received their order, or even had a response from them. I made the mistake of ordering at the start of November. Three months later and still nothing - no response to messages via email, direct on their website or social media, despite them claiming to have the best service around. Complete scam site.
