Communication was perfect, got a message to say we were booked in with a date of repair. The day before the engineer called and said he would be early and specified a time and that he had the part ready for the repair and it would only take 15mins. He turned up exactly at the time he specified, actually to the minute. Amazing! Bearing in mind how important time is in the mornings with school runs that alone is a huge help. Then true to his word he was walking out the house bang on 15mins later. The hob now works even better than it ever did before so thankyou.

No sooner had I spoken with a courteous Domestic and General advisor, about my dual fuel cooker’s repair, than an email confirmation of the repair service was received.

He identified himself and to my surprise, he had intelligently found the controlled free parking on a road perpendicular to ours. The 1st operative to do so in 28 years; I’ve always had to guide others.
