Great job, came on time and did what was needed

No fault found, but this is a problem re trying to diagnose and then fix intermittent faults

Professional engineer. Arrived at the start of the time slot (of which I was notified the evening before the visit) and called shortly before arrival too. The repair was done quickly.

Engineer came in a right time. He was very experience and punctual. Done the job very well.

Friendly, industrious engineer who has done a good job for us - he had to return as water leak detected but sorted it efficiently. Only frustration is that lack of engineers in our area limited the days available for booking so we had to wait for longer to get an appointment than was ideal.

On time solved the problem straight away and was very tidy

I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get an engineer out to look at my washing machine. When he arrived he was prompt, polite and respectful as well as professional. He listened to me and explained everything well. I needed a new drum and this was done swiftly by the same engineer only a few days after diagnosing the fault. It’s like having a new machine.

I have the same engineer come out for most appliance issues, he is a very knowledgeable engineer and kind ,polite and professional

Two people showed up, on their respective days, within the timeframe stated. The problem was fixed. AEG did have to cancel an appointment because the parts had not been delivered to them. But AEG let me know and re-booked the appointment at a day suitable to me. I believe the customer service and communication was consistent.
