Trash. They ignore my calls. They ignore my emails, but they’ll gladly send me their emails for enrollment. They just ghost you once they got your money & on to the next.

For someone like me, with very little real estate experience, I still feel a little lost. I seem to need more structure when learning. Example: Step 1, step2, etc.

The course content is excellent. The instructor is himself a real estate investor and wholesaler so the tips provided were spot on. If you are willing to the work this program will definitely give you the foundation to be successful. Customer service at response is excellent, any issue is always resolved quickly and efficiently. On may 22, 2019 we assisted to a free class of marketing as that was the way it was being advertised on youtube. It ended up the biggest scams of our lives. We paid $1,000 for a three day course where we would know a software and all the best secrets in real estate, we were actually really excited as they would always say “you’ll get your money back in less than a month following our secrets” we went to the course and the guy who gave it was pretty aggressive so we thought wow this must really works, over the three days they showed us how they found off the market deals, how they fixed and flipped properties and some other stuff… we were at that moment amazed and got excited with each passing day everyday they were saying that we should book the whole experience for a total of $30,000, we were so excited that we paid for the thirty grand because once again they showed “real” results on clients that recovered the 30k in less than a month… so we paid for the full amount and we invited a friend because we thought this would be really good we were so excited we watched all the online courses, made the marketing campaigns, we designed presentation cards, called thousands of realtors and cash buyers made hundreds of listings but nothing was working and when we called the everytime the answer was “once you go to Utah, you'll know what to do” and there was different people that we called that replied the same or everything was “we can’t do that for you, you need to look it up yourself” so we as nayib that we were we were thinking how could we get like a personalized training, and suddenly they called us because they had an special offer just for us because they saw how interested we were in learning that we had to pay an additional 30k but this will grant us access to a “private mentory line” we were thrilled with this, we didn't hesitate on doing it and once again we paid the 30k… once we went to utah the whole week was a waste of money and time all we did was hear a lot of theory of how things worked on real estate, the history of real estate and how they are changing stuff, and also they were taking advantage of the hype we all had to sell and sell different “packages” of different companies that we need it to be at the top of everything so we had all the equipments to get everything done, we also paid an additional 10k for another company at the end we noticed this was just the biggest week of sales for them, because of course they would get a commission for every person that signed up in each different service… we were a little concerned because we didn't saw present cases just past examples… at this point we were concerned that we had paid over 60k and wouldn't be as valuable as they said it would be… we came back to florida and started working again, making phone calls and getting excited but everytime we called to a new place they rejected the offer… and the personalized line that was also a lie because everytime we had a scheduled called he would only ask how were we doing and saying well you should spend more money on marketing, on october we asked for a change of mentor and they changed it to a guy named Nathan but he never made a follow up on us… he made only three calls and then they changed the whole system to online classes… that was not what we paid for so we started asking for a refund… They gave us a refund of $9,000 because we said that we didn't want him to fly to Miami neither we wanted to go to Utah again because at this point we knew we were scammed and that we had lost lots and lots of money. At the beginning they gave us some satisfaction warranty once we sent over all the requirements, they changed the requirements and for us to meet this requirements would have been impossible because we were past the deadline,

They truly take the time to explain things to you, and make sure you know it isn't a "get rick quick thing." It takes a while to get good at this. All you need to do at the end of the year is pay the monthly subscription fee for the proprietary software (which is worth it), and you still have access to help when you need it, such as interactive zoom classes, as well as lots of tools to help you learn on your own.

SCAM - Run as fast as you can. The FTC began a lawsuit against them in November 2019 because they are scamming people out of their life savings - Google it. They teach you how to wholesale and that is about it. You can learn everything you need to know from your local Real Estate Investment Association. Every state has one.
Look it up online. Join your local wholesaling and real estate investing groups on Facebook to learn more about wholesaling. RESPONSE will have you filing for bankruptcy if you are not careful! I'm in over $40k and it will take me years to get this paid off. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! I'd like to do a class action suit against them!

This company is a fraud. If you value your money, stay away. They claim 92% success rate. After having 0 success following their program, we reached out to other people who enrolled with us in the same program. Same result: 0 success for 17 other individuals/partnerships.
Don't do it. These people are the BEST sales people in the world and they will do anything to sell you snake oil and then up sell you on more snake oil.

Wow! Your reply to this review is faster than when we've contacted the company directly! Also, it's interesting you've replied to this short review but still haven't replied to our official complaint through the Better Business Bureau which was submitted over 2 weeks ago!

Additionally, your “records” are either blatant lies or this company simply doesn't keep records of anything.

We first called into the Advisory Line in late August or early September of 2019 with a software issue so we were transferred to your IT department where the women repeatedly refused to help us. This was one of several experiences that have made us distrust this company.

Furthermore, it is simply laughable that representatives of this company are trying to say we've logged into the software only once! Everyone who attends your trainings logs in multiple times just during the days of those trainings! Seriously, it's laughable that you confirm we attended the trainings but are trying to say we've logged into your software only once! That's just ridiculous!

On top of that, I could show you lists of both properties & cash buyers I exported from the software to my laptop all throughout August, September, & November of 2019 as well as January of 2020.

So we'll ask again:
Can anyone from this company explain to us why Response sales representative, Jake Dean, claimed what appear to be false success rates? Before we signed up, he told us 92% of Diamond Tour participants complete one deal within 2.5 months. Then, of those 92%, 85% go on to complete a second deal. And finally, of those 85%, 96% go on to complete a third deal.

Yet, here is the reality: almost eight months after purchasing Response's Diamond Tour program and following their instruction, we have yet to complete a deal in real estate.

In fact, we've attempted to contact all of our fellow Diamond Tour attendees and here are the ACTUAL SUCCESS RATES:
--of our group, seven individuals or partnerships have not made any offers & therefore have not completed any real estate deals.
--of our group, another 19 of us individuals or partnerships have made 320 offers with only two completed wholesale or assignment deals & one rental property acquired.

Three real estate deals completed out of 320 offers made is a success rate of 0.9375%!

One individual completed the two wholesale/assignment deals & one partnership successfully acquired the one rental property, so let's look at those percentages. Two of our 19 investors having some success is a mere 10.53%--nowhere near the claimed 92% success rate!

Please note: these 19 investors are attempting to invest all across the USA in TN, CA, AZ, MS, AR, FL, NC, TX, GA, MD, CT, AL, and OR.

Representatives of this company lied to us & made false claims in order to get us to purchase their Diamond Tour program.

Took the course got ripped off!! Read everything that people that rated 1 star talked about! I had the same experience! Con Artists!! Watch out! Run Away!!

I wound up allowing myself to be duped & conned by Response when I saw a Y.T. ad featuring a prominent star of HGTV fix/flip speak directly to residents of my city, he said "...a lotta ppl thought their lives would be..different, here's your chance to attend a FREE training event for building wealth (primarily focusing on REI)..."

The "FREE" was an up-sell for $1,197.0 training they SWORE us would have us totally on our way as successful investors (so long as we "work the program"), we'd have $1 million in funding per deal for deals which they'd provide us newbs cuz they'd profit even more from us & get a cut (which they say to dispel your doubt about why they'd teach ppl their investing "secrets").Response created a brilliant (tbh) FACADE of a training program...ITS ALL FAKE GLITTER,DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU!!)

Months after "FREE" turned $1197.0, incredibly charismatic & likable "coach" (con-man) named Greg Downing is the star of the event the FREE event ppl SWORE would teach us all we needed to learn.

He & his Response comrades use every single "Dark Psychology" tactic in the book.In Group/Out Group,Appeal's To Ego,Fear Of Loss &/or of Missing Out,portraying anyone with complaints about Response as a "lazy/butt-hurt loser who just let their limiting beliefs get the best of them,who didn't work the program/take the necessary actions." You name it! Response is GOOD,they put themselves in the shoes of audience (especially of skeptics) & created a presentation/sales pitch to demonize trusting your gut.

At $1197.0,they did present some BASIC yet valuable info,but it was all an emotionally manipulative con up-sell at a nice hotel.They told us we were getting "business credit cards," which they convinced us (re-assuring us so long as we work their program we'll make it back in no time, "we gotcha! Welcome home to the family")we have to PAY A FIRM TO OBTAIN.I was charged something like ALMOST $3,000 by Seed Capital (some Response partner) to apply for credit cards I unknowingly could've applied for myself.Sure, they did do research+work for cards w/promotional periods & the paperwork does say "credit cards," yet they still verbally represent what you're doing like we were getting business loans in form of credit cards (rather than regular credit cards we could apply to ourselves,which was the truth); she deliberately distorted what they were doing/why.Thb,the lady who "consulted" w/me about receiving the credit cards was very pleasant.

My specific Response "consultant" who was to create "customized recommendations for how (I) would get started as an REI,based upon my unique situation,right away...",advice that was same for everyone, Steven Ahlander ghosted me after charging my credit cards,immediately & permanent.He & Greg ASSURED,RE-ASSURED, PROMISED, PROMISED, PROMISED so long as we reach out to them for help & take actions they recommend,we will not fail as Investors.

Gregory Downing assured us that we would be "fully reimbursed" by the IRS for our "education expenses" if we bought the "Diamond Tour Suite," so long as we keep documentation of our efforts as newb investors (pending to see if its true,Response sure as heck won't refund much less care about you,once they get your $ & you make it clear you're holding off spending any additional $,even when you have ZERO positive results).

All of the "coaches" at $1k event gave us their email & phone #'s & promised to make themselves available if we had any difficulties after the in-person training..lies!

Pumped up yet also nervous after the 3rd & last day of training,I began calling the "Advisory" line for how to do all in my power to find & close a deal.As others have noted, the Response advisers are VERY inconsistent.

One advises u to do one thing,u nervously go apply it,& the next uses a tone of voice like you're a pathetic loser acting like you're nuts when you report what REI actions you're taking (which is advice from their co-adviser).

Knowing I NEEDED a deal immediately,they told me to sit back to wait for the Boots on Ground.TDLR, BOG was at a CHEAP dirty hotel, apathetic coach cut class early to go drink.

I've reached out to all of those $1k "coaches" over the months 4 help,& they all ghosted me.They knew I was in a desperate circumstance doing something (signing up for something like this) I'd never normally do.

They pump u up & tbh that's not all bad imo,IF they weren't con artists who abandon you after they get your $ & IF they'd stick around teaching you up to date REI strategies (which'd never happen,imo) IF they did,I think most students would succeed,it is possible with continued healthy/positive circumstances conducive to your self-improvement.Surveys r collected b4 we leave,while we're pumpd.

Response training is one of the best decisions I have made for my life. There are so many aspects I appreciate from weekly group Mastermind sessions, the one on one coaching, the professional development resources like Veil Legal and Tax Sentinel all of which I am utilizing as I build my personal business.

I was following the On Demand classes available initially to get myself acquainted with terms and processes but my favorite part of this program so far is the “LIVE” classes. They are chock full of non stop ideas and techniques to learn and try.
