Ich warne ausdrücklich vor diesem Casino. Ich habe einen Gewinn von 1.300 € erzielt und alle erforderlichen Dokumente für die Verifizierung ordnungsgemäß hochgeladen. Unmittelbar danach wurde mein Konto ohne Angabe von Gründen deaktiviert.
Der Support im Live-Chat vertröstet mich lediglich mit Standard-Aussagen, dass der Fall „weitergeleitet“ wurde, aber es erfolgt keinerlei Reaktion. Es ist offensichtlich, dass hier versucht wird, eine rechtmäßige Auszahlung zu verweigern oder hinauszuzögern.
Ich fordere die sofortige Freischaltung meines Kontos und die Auszahlung meines Guthabens. Ich habe bereits alle Beweise gesichert und werde diesen Fall nun offiziell bei der Lizenzbehörde Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) sowie auf den Portalen CasinoGuru und AskGamblers melden.
Solange mein Geld nicht ausgezahlt ist, bleibt diese Bewertung als Warnung für andere Spieler bestehen
