The sales manager , Jay , gave us a very positive greeting when we entered the store. He explained that the radio we wanted was not on stock , but next day home delivery could be arranged . He also went through the various features of the radio and gave his opinion of the performance . Excellent all round

I contacted Richer Sounds in Brighton by phone for some advice regarding a turntable and speakers. Spoke with Toby who was great and I booked a demonstration at the Brighton branch for the following day. Toby greeted me and demonstrated the turntable and speakers – advised me to bring my own vinyl with me in order to compare the sound to that of my existing system. Great experience in every way – warm welcome in the store, cup of coffee, great advice and knowledge along with expertise. What a pleasure to deal with a company where the staff know every detail about their products as well as there being no high-pressure sales tactics. Left the store feeling great, having purchased a turntable and speakers with home delivery promised for the following day. I recommend Richer Sounds unreservedly. Thank you, Toby, for all your help and advice – it is greatly appreciated and valued. Richer Sounds are my number one port of call for all things related to HiFi / TV.

The team were just amazing at the Brighton store. A tv i had bought had gone wrong. They found a replacement and arranged delivery quickly and efficiently. Superb!

Item ordered over the phone but had an issue with it as was not playing CD so took to local shop and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Same issue with the replacement so went for a different brand at same price and this has been fine. Very helpful in shop and when speaking to customer services on phone.

Assistant Jay was extremely helpful providing me with answers to many questions.
The satellite recorder arrived promptly and was easy to set up.

TV i wanted was out of stock soo was given a discount on the next one that was, fair price and great delivery and pick up of old TV (Paid £20 for). Great customer service and quick delivery and great product

Just been to Richer Sounds and purchased a pair of Bowers & Wilkins headphones, I have to say the service from Toby excellent and all the staff was fantastic, I would highly recommend this shop to my friends.

I bought Nothing EAR (3) Earbuds on 31st May 2026, they are simple to use with very good sound quality.(Same price as Amazon) I also bought the Yamaha WSX1A portable Bluetooth speaker on 10th June 2026, the sound is truly amazing and is very convenient for use in the kitchen, bathroom or outdoors.(Cost less than Amazon) I would highly recommend both products.
Even if a product cost a little more, I would shop at Richer Sounds, the excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff on hand is worth any extra cost.

No difficulty ordering (2 separate items ordered). Spoke to Brighton and Guildford shops who were very helpful. Prompt updates by email and very speedy delivery. Ordered incorrect speakers (our error) but replacements arrived literally 24 hours later. Their customer service is unbelievable! 5*+ and excellent products and exceptional value.

This is a great place to buy your kit. The service is second to none and they have an amazing selection. Toby came to the house to do a survey and advised on what would go best where; and he was very attentive and patient in dealing with my questions as I made my buying decision. He also followed up after delivery. I would also say that the rest of the team in the Brighton Store are also great – when I called or emailed, if Toby was not available, they were ready to answer my questions. A very good buying experience.
