I wanted to update my hifi, so choose Richer sounds Bristol. I went for a package deal, but they didn't have the amp there. It was ordered and came Monday, but I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. I went on Saturday and as soon as I walked in the sales assistant recognised me and got my equipment and took it out to my car. Very good service and very polite. Thank you, I'm now at home enjoying David Bowie
