I wanted to buy a small TV, not the most glamorous thing. Harrison fully engaged and gave me good advice, with no hard sell.
The delivery team, Karol and Paul, were excellent too. Good communication re. arrival time. Very friendly and helpful.

The communication from the delivery people was excellent and they were very friendly and could not be faulted and delivered as promised .

My issue is with the process where when one signs up for the delivery within 3-5 working days the system does not allow you to indicate that Monday morning is not convenient (say You have a doctors appointment). Now I would argue it would be in everyone's interest if when the shop put the order through a note could be made. Surely it is far better than the company sending notification and then having to rearrange . Yes one can pay extra for nominated day and No I am not suggesting customer can block everything out to end up in effect nominating the day.

Unfortunately this falls in the too difficult

Friendly delivery team Trav and Paul, on time, and they remind me to report within 24 hours for any issues of the tv that I didn’t aware before. Good TV condition and nice price too.

I got sent times for a delivery window of 13:00 to 15:00 I had to go out at 12:20 and return at around 14:00 so I rang Tracey and explained. She said fine, she'd ring me when 20 mins away. She did, and we all arrived at my house at exactly the same time. Perfect. Paul and Tracey were very good with the heavy package and helped me to get it into my van.

Purchased a TV recently and it was delivered today. The whole experience with Richer Sounds (Leeds branch) has been excellent. They beat the competitors’ price straight away (thank you Harry), delayed delivery upon my request for my convenience, and the delivery team (Gareth and Mark) communicated clearly and handled everything professionally. It was my third time buying from them and definately will not be the last — highly recommended.

Buy all my TV’s from Richer Sounds because of the professional service and impartial advice. Ellis in Prestwich store was very knowledgeable and patient. The delivery was very straightforward Tracy and Paul were very friendly. Tracy called to give arrival time.

Bought a new 50" TV. Got an email a couple of days before with 3hr slot. Driver called on day with 1 1/4 hrs slot. Arrived on time. Rob ws friendly and professional. Brought it to the room we needed it in. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

I recently had an extremely positive experience with Richer Sounds UK and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The delivery gentleman went above and beyond by very kindly bringing my parcel upstairs and placing it exactly where I needed it. Considering the current blistering UK heatwave, I genuinely appreciated the extra effort even more! He remained polite, professional, well-mannered and communicated brilliantly throughout the entire delivery.

It’s refreshing to receive customer service that feels genuinely thoughtful and considerate nowadays. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly and stress-free.

I had my order delivered today by Gareth and Mark.They were very professional texting and ringing me to say they were on their way and then again to say they were five minutes away.Very friendly and polite.

Very clear and good communication about this delivery, had an email with an adjusted time nearer the date, and a call when 15 mins away.

Warwick & Mark provided excellent delivery service, phone to say they would deliver in next 30 mins & TV arrived soon after. Handled with care & very cheerful 😀
