I had been thinking about replacing my 5yr old LG 32" Smart TV which was OK but the 'smart' features weren't great. The LG 42" looked good but I needed advice about its 'smart' features: Richer Sounds in Chambers Street Edinburgh provided this and a good price!

Sales assistant and manager were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was seeking a refund for a 6 year guarantee I had previously purchased and not required to call on. They could not have been more helpful and a full refund was in my account within minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Lars in the Edinburgh branch and from the company overall. Everything from ordering my new TV through to delivery was seamless.
I was advised that delivery would take between 1-5 days but it arrived the next day, which I was absolutely delighted with. The delivery men were pleasant, called me beforehand to confirm when they would arrive and eventually placed it in my room of choice.
I also received a courtesy call from Lars the following week to ask if I was happy with everything, which I was impressed with. There’s not much of that good old fashioned customer service around now so it was lovely to feel like a valued customer.

Got a demo and a modest discount on my order - and that arrived the next day. Good place to shop if they carry products you're interested in. Thanks.

I needed some wireless earphones for my holidays (old ones had died) so popped in to RS Edinburgh. Bought a pair of JBL Beam 3's. They sound great so far, but the holiday flight will test the noise cancelling aspect of them. Good quality gear at a reasonable price! Noticed some nice NEAT speakers when I was in the shop........ might need a closer inspection later!

The staff in Edinburgh branch are absolutely amazing/Bowie whom I dealt with was brilliant. Couldn't ask for better service. Great knowledge and plenty of patience Couldn't have been treated any better. Thanks Bowie.

I received my dvd player and cable in 2 to 3 days very happy with dvd didn't know how to setup tv to hifi phoned them up and they went through it step by step now everything works perfectly very helpful staff wouldn't shop anywhere else thankyou Richer Sounds Edinburgh would give more than 5 stars if I could 😀 Steve7rr

Having been a customer since the branch first opened, I'm pleased to report that the staff are as friendly and helpful as ever.

My pre-sales enquiry was handled well and useful information and advice given online. My visit to the shop addressed all my questions and helped me to make a purchase there and then. Delivery was much quicker than promised and the delivery team was helpful and friendly. I am certain that any follow-up support needed will be delivered.

Excellent service from Jamie at Edinburgh store. He answered all our questions on buying tv and a turntable. Showed the difference with different models and explained everything and was very patient with our frequent questions. Highly recommend Richer Sounds for in store service, advice and price.

I found making a telephone purchase of my lovely new turntable from a very agreeable experience. The gentleman I spoke to was very respectful and extremely informative. To receive delivery the next day was impressive, prompting me to contact you for a further purchase. Again, my request was met with patience, respect and helpful information and advice.

Shop opening for us at around 1000, despite that being 2 hours before scheduled opening. Friendly and expert product knowledge and efforts to ensure we got a good deal.

I was let down at the very last minute. I tried various shops but they couldn't help. I needed a tv very quick for my brother in laws 50th birthday. He is downsyndrome and can self harm when upset or anxious. It had to be a 50 inch 4k etc, etc. I explained my situation to James and he was very helpful with the tv and making sure all went well. My brother in law is delighted with his Hisense U7Q mini led tv. Thank you sooooo much to James and Richer Sounds. I will definitely be returning and recommending you to family and friends.
