The staff were courteous and polite. I had a couple of things delivered to the London Bridge shop- a smooth, easy transaction.

Speedy delivery. Staff very polite when I collected the item.

From the moment I entered the store nothing was too much trouble. The product I was after wasn’t in stock but they ordered it from the warehouse and sent it to my home (for free!) and it arrived in perfect condition within two days. The staff were just the best. Super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit the London Bridge store and I would recommend Richer Sounds as a place that understands how to make customers happy.

Had a bit of the problem as was given the incorrect model of the record deck but the people in the store where very good in storing this out There was a bit of delay but this was over the Chirstmas/New Year period and must thank the store staff for being so helpfull

I couldn’t find the Fosi DS2 DAC in any shop in London but I ordered online and I picked it up from the London Bridge shop, the whole process only took a few days, excellent!!!!

Decent web experience plus the trust that if Richer Sounds stock it, it will be a good quality product. Store staff are helpful and about as well informed as you will find on the high street.

Purchased Technics SL-1200M7B turntable in October for a Christmas present, Opened it up and set everything up, Went to play it and got faint sound. Tested on two other systems still the same, which normal means Dirt or oxidation on the metal contacts where the headshell screws into the tonearm can cause a bad connections, When re-seating the Headshell to cartridge connection, the red cable snapped, Which is annoying on Christmas Day, So Boxing Day I went to the London Bridge store where I purchased the unit which opened at 10am, I got to the store at approximately 10:50 am with the headshell and cartridge to get replacement headshell cables and to see if they could test the headshell, to identify if issues was with the headshell or the cartridge or the unit it self, The Assistant said that they would go speak to their Manager who was on lunch, The assistant came back a few minutes later and informed me that they can’t test it as I would need to purchase a new headshell, and that Amazon or some DJ shops sell them, Which kind of felt like we have your £700, Now go away attitude, After 20 years of shopping at richer sounds this is the first time I’ve ever had to ask for their customer services support, Which clearly London Bridge store has

After speaking to Richer sounds senior Customer service representative, And explained the situation, Paddy apologised for the experience and frustration caused, and order replacement cables for the headshell, and a reimbursement of £30 for the replacement headshell I ordered.
Recieved the replacement headshell cables on 12-01-2026, and installed them and worked perfectly, Thank you Richer sounds HQ Customer service team for rectifying this.

Loved stepping foot into the London Bridge record breaking store and meeting Malik. Enthusiastic, full of knowledge and very helpful. He kindly set up a set of compact DALI floor standing speakers and talked through a possible set up for my lounge. Very pleased with my WhatHiFi 5* SoundMagic wired earbuds. Love the magazine, in and admiration of how Richer Sounds operate. By far my favourite company to do business with in store or online. No regrets... ever! Thank you

very helpful staff and remarkably swift delivery of goods

Ordering was relatively straightforward, though using a third party app for payment a bit of a pain. The store had no control over delivery dates, so item was delivered next day, great except the courier DPD advised delivery 45 minutes beforehand, so we were out! All recovered safely, despite no advice from courier that the item had been left.
