Very helpful, good prices, fast delivery.

Excellent service, always willing to help to get you the right products. There after sales are brilliant to make things right for the customers.

Superb customer service, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Enjoying my purchase and most importantly staff helped me make the right decision

Seb was most helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase.

I was given the right information and details about the product I was interested in. Very helpful advice and everything was on time as told by the store. The price was good and the guarantee was fantastic. All in all a good job.

Not sure what I needed but Jon was very helpful with advice and recommendations. Very happy with advice and purchase.

Did not try to sell me anything, just helpful and in formative

Great service, very helpful, answering my questions - even though I’d only popped in to collect an online order nothing seemed like a bother. Unlike so many stores in the same sector.

I needed some advice on which speaker cable to use to connect a new subwoofer. Called the Norwich store and they were incredibly helpful. They only had one of that particular cable in the shop so they offered to reserve it for me until I could get there.

I've had great service in the Norwich shop before and would always highly recommend them.

Have recently bought a 55 inch Panasonic OLED TV (55Z80AEY). There were only 3 left of this particular model and all were located in various stores. Arranged to buy and collect one from the Norwich branch. John ensured TV was well packed and helped me load TV into my car. Richer Sounds staff are brilliant and very efficient. Even though this was a store model it still came with the 6 year warranty. This TV gives a superb detailed, clear image and has very good sound too.

Great service, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The reason I return

Service i cannot fault, always helpful, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile

All around great service. Have purchased TV’s from Richer Sounds for many years now due to this.

Good range of products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A careful check was made by Seb to ensure we were dealing with the correct TV model. The exact cleaner was then selected for me.
It would have been so easy to have bought the wrong
cleaner.
Many thanks
DG Wright.
