Very helpful and honest

Clicked and Collected in a couple of days.
Increasingly Richer does not seem to hold anything I am wanting in stock. It would be nice to see something you fancy on the website, trot down to the shop and take it away instantly.
I do understand why this happens but I like instant gratification, not waiting a few days till getting it.
There wasn't a demo model in stock so I had to buy blind. Now I have the unit (Denon AVR S770) I do like it, it sounds good and the price was very affordable. Service in the store was friendly and helpful.

i have been a richer sounds customer for many years and i have bought at least4 tvs. my last LG lasted almost 20 years so when i needed a new tv i went straight to richer sounds for a reasonable price and 6 year guarantee ,peace of mind

Rang the Southgate shop prior to their opening time and the phone was answered. I ask the woman who answered the phone a few questions about the TV and then explained that I was buying as a moving in present for my son and needed it delivered on a certain time on a certain day. All done - no fuss.
The most interesting thing was that my son said out of all the companies he dealt with in relation to any deliveries on his move that Richer Sounds were the best to deal with and even had a call after delivery to check all went well.

I have been buying from Richer Sounds for over 30 years (i think) my first purchase was from their London Bridge Store.

Problem with the home delivery despite me being at home. My package was redirected to the nearest Richer Sound store and I picked up my streamer the following day.

Me and my wife went in-store in Southgate North London for a new TV. We did not have to wait long to be served. The person that served us was knowledgeable and patient. He explained options. Pros and cons. We knew what we wanted anyway and he matched our requirements.
The delivery process was flawless. We were kept informed as to the delivery time and the TV was delivered in good time. The package was in good condition and so was the contents.
We are still getting used to the many features on the TV. We are satisfied with it, so far.

Ali the manager was helpful and provided excellent customer service. We had our television next day and the old one was picked up to Southgate branch

You as a company are excellent, great people but your delivery firm lets you down badly. The delivery firm came to our house and the driver gotr out of the cab but got in again and drove off! We then had an email saying he was "unable" to deliver the parcel nd we would have to collect it from one of their centres which was a way away and hard to park! Very poor service that you should know about!

Excellent service from experts. Dropped in to the Southgate branch, to get advice on the best turntable in our price range. The guy who helped us was superb, his advice meant we now own a beautiful record player, he ordered, match the Amazon price and arranged delivery within a few days.

I've had Sony TV's for years and always found them to be good quality, reliable and easy to use.
All bought from Richer Sounds due to their good customer service.
Looking for a new bigger screen I browsed the local Currys to narrow down my choice.
After being somewhat taken aback by the Sony price I did some more research on line. I noted that there was some criticism of the Sony quality, compared to their older models and with the functionality of the TV guide in particular.
After speaking to the local Richer Sounds shop in Edinburgh I opted for an LG qned.
As parking is a night mare in Edinburgh I decide to order on line and go for home delivery.
Delivery was super quick and no hassle.
Having set up the Tv I am more than happy with the quality of the picture and the sound.
If I have one criticism it is the set up.
It was achieved more by good luck than good management as there is no manual supplied. The Tv does give you instructions verbally but they are so rapid in heavily accented English that they are impossible to follow.
There is also a recommended viewing facility which I find absolutely infuriating, and as yet haven't figured out how to get rid of it.
Once I've mastered the settings I've no doubt it will be superb.
All in all very pleased with this purchase.
