The best customer service I've ever…
The best customer service I've ever received for a delivery. Richer Sounds were able to provide a narrow delivery window. They staff checked in with me when it was going to be slightly late. It arrived very slightly late, a couple of minutes after this check in, and they followed up with me (several times until they managed to get me) to make sure it was delivered properly. 5 star, I wish all companies were this pleasant to deal with.

Excellent company to deal with
Purchased online for delivery to Kerry. When I wanted to change my initial order to a larger TV, Gareth took care of it over the phone no problem. Emma kept me updated on delivery and gave great aftersales care. Excellent service overall, best I've experienced in a long time.

Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV…
Living in Dublin and bought tcl 805 TV 65 inch. Including delivery was almost 35% cheaper than power city or Harvey normans
This is obviously a large reason but also throw in a 6 year guarantee
The lady rang me to arrange delivery, all perfect with couriers. And then rang to check was delivered ok. Seriously this is excellent customer service. Perfect experience and will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends

Great customer service
Purchased a 55” LG G series Tv and received fantastic service from Gareth (Belfast Store).
We struggled to choose between the C and G series but Gareth was able to tell us the differences between the two, what offers were on and what his recommendations were, his product knowledge is very good.
We were told that delivery wouldn’t be till next week due to the easter holidays but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from him the very next day to say that the TV was ready to be delivered.
Would highly recommend!!

RicherSounds - Fantastic Customer Service…
My experience with RicherSounds could not be better to be honest. Recently had an issue with a Projector that had a 6 yr warranty- it just died on me. Sent it to them - 09/04/25 - was repaired and delivered back to me in perfect condition on 24/04/25. I was kept up to date at all stages. Fantastic Customer Service. (in particular Jess Magee)

Great customer service
Ordered a LG G4 with soundbar from these guys and it was delivered within the specified timeframe. The customer service is great for any queries. Would highly recommend. They are the cheapest around and best by far.

I recently purchased a TV online from Richersounds.ie with delivery to County Kildare. The experience was top class from start to finish. After deciding on the TV I wanted I emailed the team requesting clarification on some technical aspects of the TV. This email was sent on a Sunday and I was astonished to receive a reply the same afternoon! I ordered the TV soon after and it was delivered a few days later. Very impressive service and I will definitely buy from them again.

Customer Experience That Hits All the Right Notes
I recently bought an EVO 150 from Richer Sounds, and I’m impressed with their exceptional customer service. Despite ordering during a bank holiday weekend, they ensured my amplifier arrived on time. Emma, their logistics manager, kept me informed with timely updates, while John, their MD, personally ensured delivery before the weekend. Their dedication is remarkable.
For all things, HiFi, these guys are the real deal. They sell products and share their passion for great sound, going the extra mile for their customers. I've shopped at many electronics retailers, but Richer Sounds set the new standard for customer service. If only other retailers had the same approach!
I couldn't recommend Richer Sounds more highly. They've earned a customer for life!

Online TV order to Dublin
I ordered a TV online late on Friday (on the St. Patrick's weekend). Even though Monday was a bank holiday, I received the goods on Wednesday morning. I am very pleased with how quickly it was delivered.
Adittional thanks to the delivery person, as he didn't leave the TV in the hallway, but assisted me all the way to the living room.
Will definately use the services again!
