Top bidder on my car using CarWow, they despite being chased numerous times by them, they failed to contact me to arrange collection. Why bid on a car if you don’t want to buy it. I now have to start the process again.

Absolute cowboys.

Agree to buy your car then find ridiculous reasons to knock you down on price, total timewasters, rude and unprofessional.

I can see why they get such bad reviews……their reviews on Autotrader, obviously fake!

Oh and they reported this post and tried to have it removed. Truth hurts.

Edit in response to their response. My car had just had a report from an Audi main dealer showing rear brakes were not worn. Your collection expert deemed they were worn and wanted to knock £800 off the price, despite showing him the Audi report and also that even if they were worn then the pads are £80 but you kept telling me that was wrong, despite me showing you the information. As a compromise as I didn’t have time for the hassle, I offered to pay the price of the pads (which didn’t need replacing) of £80, you kept telling me it’d cost £800 despite me showing your driver. Your driver then sat and mumbled into his phone (presumably to you), then without saying a word got up and walked out of my house to get in a taxi, didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me the deal was off or say goodbye, incredibly unprofessional and rude, but you call me rude for stating facts, is that the best you can do? Yes cowboys. Avoid at all costs!! Car sold 2 days later to a proper professional dealer for more money, they were polite and professional.

Kept making appointments to collect over 2 weeks and then cancelling last minute or just a ‘no show’.
No apology - just ‘ghosted’ me!

Communication skills = Zero.
Returning messages = Zero.
Aftersales = Zero
Performance = Zero

Don’t have a clue about customer service

Went to look at a car. Advertised at £68k on autotrader. Ticket price on arrival £74k. That I can accept as they may well have honoured lower price.
Rang the day previously to make sure the car was there as sometimes they are kept off site. A time was arranged. When I arrived. The battery was dead. You’d have thought If someone was going to see a car they would at least make sure it was possible to get into it.
The car had a cheap and nasty mock carbon fibre body kit added. As did almost every car there. In fact, someone was fitting one to another car as I arrived.
The body kit prevented the operation of the electric tow bar.
All in all a wasted 100mile round trip.
It appears they have a thing for up market SUVs which they buy and ad a cheap body kit then sell on at an inflated price.

They agreed to buy my car through Motorway.com and then just didn’t get in touch. Called numerous times and was fobbed off every time.

I wouldn’t trust these guys as far as I could throw them!

Absolutely shocking service, spent nearly 2 hours travelling to find out that they have sold the car. Avoid like the plague

Took delivery of my car at 22:30 after it being driven over 400miles (was told it would be transported) could check the car as it was dark, no vehicle handover, here’s your keys that was it…I then had to taxi the driver to a hotel.
Checked the car in the morning to find body kits not fitted properly and damaged, scratches all over the car, Centre arm rest ripped.
After speaking to salesman Paul who sold the car he said “ we won’t be fixing anything just send us the car back” absolutely disgusting service.
They have lied regarding servicing the car as they will not provide Land Rover with a service invoice, my local LR have checked the car and in there opinion it hasn’t been serviced at all.
Call after call they don’t answer and when they do no one wants to speak to me and they hang up.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy a car from here!! This is your warning! ‼️‼️‼️🚨 If you part with your cash then expect to have ENDLESS PROBLEMS & FAKE MOT certificates, not to mention FAKE SERVICING IN HOUSE!!

Purchased a £85,000 Range Rover SVR from here and a week after buying it I’ve had more than 5 things wrong with the car each one after the other, firstly they had stated the car had “just been fully serviced” this was a lie as once I’d driven 25 miles home I checked the oil and firstly it was 1-2 ltrs lower than it should be and secondly it was as black as coal, and this was only 25 miles after apparently being fully serviced, the second issue I had was that the MOT was infact FAKE, I don’t know how they produced it but I had some rattling with the exhaust which upon taking to a garage I was told the catalytic converters were damaged, not only this but some of the exhaust had rusted away and there was a hole in the system from where it had rusted away, the garage told me these two issues would’ve automatically failed the MOT however suspiciously the certificate was only issued a week before purchase, the third problem was that the headlights would switch off in the rain, maybe there’s a leak in the casing but as I was driving at night in the rain they suddenly turned off, this caused me a massive amount of inconvenience as I had to pay out my own pocket for recovery & to get home, the last 2 issues were that the car didn’t have much if any coolant in the system, this caused my car to overheat & blow a gasket from the lack of coolant, this is all within 2-3 weeks of purchasing a £85k car from here!!!

After sales are useless and try to push the blame onto the customer, once they have your money they literally don’t care! They’re demeanour changes but don’t worry Roadstar because I’m taking you to court!!! You will refund me my money & pay for all the damage & repair costs I’ve had to pay

The after service was excellent and we really couldn't recommend this company enough.
Would definitely buy from them again there sales representatives are very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble.

They were supposed to be the buyers for my car through motorway. Not heard a peep from them, tried reaching out via motorway and directly. Nothing worked and they pulled out in the end.
Things change, the least any dealership can do is to to keep the seller informed. I wouldn't recommend them as there seems to be no professional ethics

By far and away the worst service I've ever received when buying a car. Avoid these people. If you buy with them you will regret it. They probably both they've got over £7 million worth of cars on the forecourt, but the service you get isn't even worth one penny. I bought a range Rover Vogue in April this year for just under £60,000. From the first couple of days onwards, I've had nothing but problems with the car and the service has been nothing short of a disgrace. Whilst I appreciate anything consumers by where the new or secondhand can go wrong, but the true reflection is how the dealership deals with it in this case. The first problem was I was given two keys, but the second key was given in a plastic bag along with some other information. They never showed me this but it's quite clearly been severely damaged. They would've known this when they gave it to me but hoped I wouldn't complain. The dealership said they don't have to give me another key and it took weeks to get it replaced. The second issue was I noticed after a short while there was an oil leak on my drive. The drive is pretty much brand-new and I couldn't get the oil off so I asked for some remover to be sent to me. This took four months after a lot of promises. The oil leak was repaired as I had to take it into a garage and that wasted five hours of my time. In the second week, the bumper also fell off the back of my car and I asked for some way of fixing this again it took weeks to get that through. The hazard warning lights sometimes come on randomly, but they said they can't do anything about that. The LCD display screen also had a fault and that was taken until a month. It's 7 to get that repaired. It had a fault and they had to reboot it. The final thing for me is when I took it into range Rover main dealer. They said that the car hadn't been serviced. Where's roadster claimed it had, Range Rover said it's not on the system Roadstar still claim it is I'm not sure how I can check that but I will, but the service warning light is coming on but again Paul at Road star so sorry it's out of warranty. Nothing we can do. I will go to trading standards about this because it's been a succession of issues with this car and with this dealership, I seriously hope they go under as they were a bit. The way they behave is a disgrace. Once I have your money, they couldn't care less.

Very long winded in getting in touch with us ie 13 days . Even with motorway prompting them .we had to contact you to get the collection moving . In which time the truck was standing waiting 13 days so was not clean on arrival as it was immaculate at time of sale . Hence wanted to knock £100 off for valleting . But didn't need that as just dusty . Stuck my ground as wanted what sale price was as was not my fault they did not contact for pickup. Once contact established. Truck was collected swiftly. Not giving time to reclean .

All time very nice, polite I am very happy....

When I first walked in I was greeted and taken into the showroom by one of the guys who was washing the cars and cleaning the floor outside. When I arrived inside Joseph is who dealt with me and he was very polite and even made me a cup of coffee I was there for around 2 hours but because of the hospitality it felt like 20mins.

Something I observed and really liked and appreciated is the manager was outside washing cars I’m used to seeing managers in suits in the office making orders so to see a leader leasing by example was refreshing.
